Purchased a WGen 5300DFc a couple weeks ago. Arrived 9/12. Delivery person was great. Wheel kit a dream. Hooking up to propane easy. It starts (and chokes) with no issues - love it. The fob is flimsy I'm hoping to get a back up. There is an exhaust issue. The CO light flashes, it shuts off. Good to know it works. It's in a bldg made for my old generator. never a problem. Need to work that out.

My first generator was the 3600df which is 3 years old and has over 2000 hours on it. I bought this one because of the increased size and range on the remote. I do not believe you can match the price for the features on this generator anywhere. I know you can't match the service they provide if there is a issue. I have never had service this good from anyone. I recommend you buy you won't be sorry.

The generator arrived quickly in great shape practically ready to use. Every thing I needed to get it up and running came with it (except gas of course) It came with the oil and a handy funnel that screwed on the oil filler hole which made for an easy no mess job of adding the oil. It also came with the propane regulator valve if you choose to use propane as your fuel source. I'm going to keep gas and propane on hand. The wheels and feet were an easy installation with the handy wrench included. I also liked the fact that I didn't have to bolt on the cables to the battery like some I've purchased before. The positive and negative cables had a push connect that made for a fast and simple installation. The instructions are easy to follow. After getting it setup and adding fuel it cranked right up using the included remote fob. it ran a little rough for about a minute but after that she ran smooth as silk. It should be great for what I'll need it for. I just need to keep a freeze, refrigerator, a few lights and a TV going during a power outage.

I needed a generator I can move. It was dual fuel which is a plus. So far propane companies don't want to hook up to it from a larger tank but haven't given that option up yet. I think they are just wanting a larger installation to sell to. It starts easy, on battery, a little manipulation of the choke position which is supposed to be automatic. Wish it had a voltage gauge to say what was being used. Also an hour meter to say when it needed oil changes and maintenance. They give u a puny oil funnel and tube that's bent up. They cud do better there. Tube is not long enuf. It's not noisy. Won't upset neighbors unless ur in an alley. It looks solid and well made, once running sounds smoothe. Set up instructions could be a lot clearer and not all different pages in the manual. One had to be intelligent to follow it all.But got there in the end and am quite happy after all the research I did that I bought one good for my needs. I would not put anyone off buying this make and model. Looks good to me so far.

Box was a little beat up but the generator was perfect, It took 5 min to unbox install wheels connect batter and hook it up to propane, It started right up using the push button electric start and powered a few things in the garage, it is much quieter than my old unit and I look forward to many years of service from it. duel fuel feature is a must for me and I would recommend it to anyone needing a new one. Buy American whenever Possible IMO

I bought this generator just in case of a storm ...i will still have power in my house ...plus it has automatic start key farb...i would have gave a 5 star but the 12v battery that came with it was bad so I had to buy a new one...over all it was a good purchase

Purchased in February and have done the break in process and used for the first time for approx one hour. No issues with assembly and after adding new oil and fuel it fired up on the second pull. So far so good. Seems to be built very well. Looking to test it out in the months to come.

Replaced my old generator and will be ready for the next storm. Added oil, gas and hooked up battery. Started right up without hesitation. Super simple to operate. A little heavier than I expected and needed a dolly to move by myself. Thought the remote was missing but found it clipped on the pull start cord. Would recommend without hesitation.

I just picked this up, looks great and getting ready to start it up soon..the generator was shipped with no damage and has protective bars all around it, the only thing i had to install was the wheels and rubber feet.comes with a can of oil, battery installed and LP gas hose with regulator good to go

I bought this for power outages. I can see where i will use it for many other home duties. Powering tools in the yard when doing repair. Powering freezer when moved out of garage for cleaning. I am so satisfied I chase this product. Easy set up, very easy start, and well made. A great product.
