I bought this last month and it is not installed yet. But, it arrived very quickly and I have been reading all about it for months and I know I will be satisfied with the performance. Have it out of the box waiting for install and everything looks fine. Even the installer said I have bought the best. Will give another review after it's installed.

My first generator was the 3600df which is 3 years old and has over 2000 hours on it. I bought this one because of the increased size and range on the remote. I do not believe you can match the price for the features on this generator anywhere. I know you can't match the service they provide if there is a issue. I have never had service this good from anyone. I recommend you buy you won't be sorry.

Smaller than anticipated but that’s good in my opinion. Thrilled about the ability to use multiple energy sources if/when needed and the remote start function is awesome. I don’t plan on using much except for power outage back ups and hopefully those don’t arise much but if so I’ll be prepared

This purchase is an upgrade from my old generator. It is connected to a six circuit transfer switch. The need usually arrives during bad weather. No more going out into thunderstorms at night to start the generator. The push button is indoors next to my transfer switch.

I ordered this item on line and received it about a week later . the packaging was in good shape no dents or gouges . after prepping ,adding fuel and pressing the start button . it started with just a few cranks. because of the automatic choke warmed up and ran smooth. p.s. i will be adding the high altitude kit to add a little better fuel economy

This generator appears to be the sweet spot in Westinghouse’s line, in terms of a home backup generator. Has all the features we were looking for: dual fuel, remote start 120/220 volts, portability. Wasn’t sure if it included a handle for maneuvering, but it does. Easy to add the feet and wheels and then easy to move, even through a grassy yard. Build is solid and size is reasonable, given its power rating.

It was delivered to my house while I was in the Hospital, but I bought it for all the features and the good price. Me being disabled the remote start and electric start is going to be great. And I like the dual fuel option. time will tell. I would of given it 5 stars except for the fact that I haven't used it yet.

Bought this after a 3-day power outage, using a borrowed generator to run fans, freezer and refrigerators. Researched several brands and found this one to have everything needed at best value - electric start and dual fuel important to me. Very pleased with this purchase!

I live in the North GA mountains, and we lose power frequently due to downed trees. A generator is a must for my area. Adding into the fact that I just brought home a medically fragile 8 month old from the hospital after a long 240 day stay who is on medical equipment that must be powered. I needed something reliable that will start up when I need it. The electric start along with the remote start is a great feature for me and my wife to be able to start this generator up in a moments notice for my son's equipment. This can not only power all of my son's needs but also many other items within my home during the event of an outage.
