The product was extremely user friendly they provided all needed tools and instruction for a new owner of a generator I loved the color as well I'm extremely impressed and satisfied with the product

Easy to set up and get going. Runs great, super glad I bought it for the upcoming winter. This unit was recommend by several of my friends and they where right

This generator is a good value. It is easy to manually start - just don't overfill the oil and wet the spark plug. I wish the yellow oil dipstick was easier to read.

I bought this generator a little over a month ago only used it about six times and now it doesn't want to work won't come on by the key fob or the start button or to pull handle it was the biggest waste of my money.

I bought this last year, it worked great the first three or four times, however it has since stopped working and I'd not being power to the fuel solenoid.

Just bought and am doing the 5 hr break in procedure. The setup instructions are easy to follow and the initial start up couldn’t be easier. I will do a follow up review once I actually use it during a power outage.

This generator has all the features and ease of use that I was looking for. It's exactly what I needed and I am so very pleased with the generator I decided to purchase. I highly recommend!!

We bought this a couple days ago because we had a winter storm. Haven't had a chance to use it just yet but are happy to know we can power our fridge and freezers and not worry about food going bad.

It is just what I was looking for. Love that it has an electric start and that you can use gas or propane. It is so much quieter that the other generators that are out there. We will use it at home and with the travel trailer. Great product.

I just got this today in preparation for an expected ice storm. Easy installation. All needed tools and oil were included. Push button start worked first time.
