The flavor is just so-so. I appreciate the clean ingredients, and I was hoping it would be enjoyable to eat. The cereal is kind of overly crunchy. I probably would not purchase on my own.

I ate it as cereal with bananas. Soaks up milk fast. I like the fact that the the box give you recipes and ideas how to use it. Great value for the size of the box!

Grape nuts is very hearty and really crunchy. I like it has lots of fiber and healthy ingredients. Versatile you can add milk and fruit or use it to make a parfait with yogurt and fruit.

If you are looking for a non soggy, whole grain, tasty, low sugar cereal, this is it. The vast majority of cereals on the store shelf are nothing more than disguised junk food. Grape Nuts cereal is my favorite. Just wish I had discovered it sooner! I add raisins and or nuts and unsweetened almond milk and that's yummy and healthy!

Hard as a rock. If you have loose crowns or fillings, be careful how you chew or they will come out. The box is huge and heavy. Relatively high caloric content, 200 cal per 1/2 cup.

Seems to be the same stuff I had as a kid. Very few ingredients and a little bit goes a long way. Add some fruit and/or raisons and you have a meal.

Same great taste as ever in a size that completely surprised me. I have enjoyed the taste of Grape-nuts since I was a kid and now I’ve found it in a box that allows me to indulge myself with a larger portion.

NON-GMO! Very healthy cereal. It is a hard cereal, so to protect your teeth, I would let it soak in milk for 5 minutes or so and then enjoy. I usually put walnuts in it; delicious!
