The cheese is not creamy as cheese i useto buy

The paper inserts between the slices don't cover the back half of the package and the cheese is all stuck together. So each slice has a half moon missing and there will be a big chunk of cheese left at the end. But this provolone is REALLY good!

I'm only giving it 4 stars because after a week sitting in the refrigerator, it builds up condensation making the cheese moldy and bad. It should have a thin wax paper in between to prevent it from sticking together. Other than that, the taste is good when first bought.

Used these for Hamlets. Perfect slices.

Pretty tasty for sandwiches. Not too thick or too thin.
