This worked well for a antipasta salad.

Very bland. Doesn’t melt well. Texture is like it’s coated with something the way shredded cheese is. I won’t be buying again.

The smoke bubbling provolone cheese you can't go wrong has not a very strong smoke flavor it's sort of a light

Tasty and firm. Melts well in scrambled eggs. I do wish the slices were a bit thinner though however still a great tasting mild cheese.

I love this cheese and they actually had it on sale so I bought and have made cheese toast , grilled cheese etc

The cheese is not creamy as cheese i useto buy

For the price is a good option.
