Switched from gas-powered washer. This unit does a great job, and no rope starting! Used it to was deck, concrete patio, kayak and grill mats the first day. It's easy to use and light weight. My only complaint, and it's minor, is that the Lower Gun Holder does not stay in place. Only an issue when putting the gun/lance away. Not enough of a problem to keep it from being 5 stars, just a minor irritation!

Cleans my pool filters like they are new! Cleans my concrete patio very well but need to watch the pressure. Great for car wash cut the, by hand, time in half. I took one star away because of the coil tube for the wand. Works fine but can't stretch to its maximum length without kinking.

Time to retire the old Pressure Washer, after some research and considering the affordability we opted for the ePX3500. Aside from the simple operation and easily engaged controls that accommodate any job, the low-profile storage of tools, hose and chord make this the perfect PW'er for our needs.

This ePX3500 pressure washer is everything I hoped it would be. I have about 4000 square feet of concrete with over 10 years of grime and mildew. I didn't want to deal with a gas powered machine and its noise, but was concerned whether an electric washer would cut through the gunk. The ePX3500 does! I'm about halfway through my job and completely satisfied with this unit.The 25° nozzle works well on the lightly dirty areas, and the 15° nozzle cuts through the heaviest mildewed areas. It also worked well cleaning caked on pollen residue and grime from my car. I expect to use this unit occasionally throughout the year for various jobs, and highly recommend it. Assembly was relatively easy, although the assembly diagram and instructions could be more clear. There is no mention in the parts list, diagrams, or assembly instructions of the lower power cord or upper hose retainers. But when you have two parts left over at the end it's relatively easy to figure out where they go.

My old pressure washer got old and tired so I purchased this one as a replacement based on reviews I read online. I’m glad I researched different brands and chose this one. It has all the power needed for what I need to do at home, and it isn’t too bulky to move around or store in garage.

I moved into my house a couple of years ago and the driveway and my back patio are filthy. I bought the eXP3500 and the brush attachment a month ago and gave it a shot. It gave me everything I needed to clean my driveway. I was thrilled to see how white it was under all that dirt. People told my not to get electric, but I disagree. This unit makes no more noise than a vacuum. I highly recommend it.

I purchased this from a popular home improvement store to clean some moss and mold from some cement. After doing thorough research I decided on purchasing Westinghouse pressure washer model EPX3500. Unpacking and assembling the pressure washer was a breeze. Every piece had its place and fit together easily. When I had finished, all the parts fit neatly on the pressure washer making storage and moving the pressure washer an easy task. All in all, it took about 15 minutes to assemble. Job 1: Clean some bird droppings off a section of cement. I used the green nozzle which connects to the wand via a coupler similar to an air compressor. Snaps on an off with ease. Each nozzle has a number on it which I assume represents the angle or spread of the nozzle. The only issue I had was the numbers that represent that angle are very small and not easily seen. Using this nozzle I was able to easily clean the area with ease. Job 2: I needed to clean a section of walkway that has mold and moss. For this job I used the black pointy sprayer head. This sprayer kind of rotates the water stream at high pressure kind like a tornado. This attachment easily blasted mold and moss from the cement. Since the area that needed cleaning was kind of large, it took some time to pressure wash. When finished, the cement was clean, but blotchy. I suspect I needed the special cleaning attachment for cement. Pros: * Easy to use and assemble * Comes with 4 nozzles which is more than adequate for small jobs. * The configuration of this pressure washer is very stable and will not easily fall over. * All attachments, hoses, wands are stored on pressure washer. Cons: * On/Off button. It is not obvious if the unit is on or off. Machine is off if button sticks out a bit. Machine is on if the button is lower. * Power cord, spray hose and water hose easily get tangled up when move pressure washer. * It's LOUD. I'm pretty sure they all are though. I have only used this pressure washer for 2 small jobs. So far, I'm very happy with it. This pressure washer has some small issues that can easily be fixed. I think for the home user this is a perfect machine. It has enough power to do 99% of DYI projects. From washing cars to cleaning stains from cement this little machine can handle it and the price was surprisingly affordable.

The turbo nozzle works great cleaning concrete. Has good power. I did not have to dwell on areas when cleaning. Bought the companion pressure washer surface cleaner and it worked well too. I like the four wide casters and did not have and issue with the unit falling on its side.

I purchased this to power wash my driveway, sidewalk and side of house. I also purchased the 15" Surface cleaner attachment. I live in Houston so we get a fair amount of rain and concrete starts to get black and green. So far It's been great, puts out plenty of power and volume, my brick looks brand new (20 year old house), I did my driveway and sidewalk yesterday and it looks amazing and the power washer is more than capable to get the job done. I like the fact it has wheels and can roll around a bit as you move along. Rolling up the water line is about the only thing I wish was a little better, it's a bit of a challenge because of the height of the power washer and the amount of the line. But overall, I recommend this product. From my research prior to purchase the value for the power is as good as it gets.

I bought this a few weeks ago, was delivered 3days ago. I tried it out the next day and was very pleased with assembly, directions, and ease to use. Our son has the same model and we tried his out at our home and was pleasantly surprised how well it worked as we have very low water pressure. We used it to wash car mats, wash down our deck and stairs and a few odds and ends. Very happy!! Highly recommend this electric model for older folks. We used to have a gas washer, but found this to suit a few needs being smaller and lighter. We have our home power washed by a company yearly.
