Bought this unit a few days ago to replace an older, non-Westinghouse, pressure washer that had given up. This one was easy to assemble, has sufficient pressure for most home needs, looks and works great. I will say it's slightly louder than my old unit, but it's not significant to bother me, and the functionality is great.

I love this pressure washer. Very powerful and not too loud. Packs up easy with storage built into the unit and it has a handy sturdy handle on top which makes it easy to carry around. The wheels are nice and give it stability so it wont fall over easily. My only complaint is that the water hose that attaches to the gun gets kinks in it when you are rolling it up to store it. You have to use great care in rolling up this hose so that it does not kink. I think they should have made it out of stronger materials. I had an old electric one for over 20 years and when I discarded it the hose was still great and never got a kink in it. Also the design of the lower gun holster is a problem. To install this holster you push it up into slots on the unit but when you try to push the turbo nozzle into the storage area in this gun holster the pressure you have to do to get the nozzle into the gun holster will push the gun holster off. But overall I am pleased with my purchase. I have ordered another lower gun holster as it looks like something may have broken off the one I got during shipping and perhaps the new one will lock into place allowing you to use the turbo nozzle storage in this holster.

Just got this yesterday because it had great ratings and seemed to be the size I needed. Assembly went smoothly today. Instructions were easy to follow and most parts fit well. The exception so far is the Lower Gun Holster which holds the Spray Gun, Lance and Turbo Nozzle. It fits in place but doesn’t latch firmly. It detaches itself from the unit with only a slight amount of downward pressure. I will probably end up gluing it in place. Looking forward to using it now!

I was reluctant to switch over from a gasoline powered pressure washer to electric. This definitely was what I was looking for. Easy to start up and compact which makes it easier to use and transport. The only drawback is that it doesn't spray that much water as I would like but it still is powerful. There are other models WH sells if you're looking for one that pumps out more water with a higher GPM. Satisfied with my purchase.

I'm really impressed with this pressure washer for the money. It's pretty inexpensive as far as pressure washers go but seems really sturdy. The handle and wheels make it very easy to move around. The spray gun is sturdy and works well. Pressure is great for light and medium jobs. It uses standard quick connectors which makes it easy to add accessories and 3rd party nozzles. I added a surface cleaner to it and used it to clean my sidewalks and driveway and it did a great job. The included turbo nozzle is really good for high pressure applications.

Purchased this electric power washer after seeing my son in law use his to wash his vehicles. I didn’t know what I was missing all these years, just washing my cars with the hose. This took off grime I didn’t know I had. I’m looking forward to using it around my house for other things to see what it can do.

This is a great little unit for work around the house. It is very compact, allowing me to winter it in a closet rather than having to winterize the pump. It is very powerful considering its footprint and has strong water flow. I’ve used it to spray out spider webs and dirt off the trim of the house, wash windows, clean outdoor furniture annd the roll carts, and thoroughly degrease the grill. I’m sure in time I’ll find more uses too. Also it took about 10 mins to assembly with no tools. For lost people it will probably take them no more than5 minutes to assemble.

Easy to assemble, well designed. I have already used it to wash my car - it worked great! I've got brick and concrete to clean next. One suggestion is that the power button does not obviously show that it is "on". You press the button in and it's "on", but it's just a matter of a quarter inch. Since the motor doesn't run continuously, it looks pretty much the same whether it is on or not.

This is a great machine after I bought a soap/detergent dispenser that goes on the wand. Every recommended use of a power washer I have seen says to soap with low pressure and then rinse with high pressure. If you use the soap reservoir on the machine you can't go back and forth from soaping to rinsing quickly. That didn't work for me.

I bought this a month ago and finally used it this weekend. We bought it to wash the house, patio and outdoor furniture. Very happy with the unit and results. Glad to not have to deal with starting, stopping and refilling with a gas unit. If you’re looking for a good around the house average use pressure washer, this one will do well.
