Purchased in 11/2023 and got to use 01/05/2024. Worked fine. The model # on our box/paperwork is ePX3100/ePX3500. Not the # listed to the left. I doubled check the serial # number entered and it was correct.

Bought one and had to return it because the soap dispenser didn't dispense. Bought another and this one works well. Machine is easy to assemble, feels like it's quality-made, and operates quietly for a pressure washer.

Has a strong output for such a small machine. The output seems to 'fall behind at times when using the 15 degree nozzle so that I lose pressure for a time while the machine catches up but that may due to low water pressure from the spigot.

Unit is compact and lightweight, I love the anti-tip feature. The long power cord allows me to do most of the house without using extension cords and only 1 setup.

Owned similar products and have had motor failures, plastic breakages, etc. this was priced better, has more psi, more efficient setup… and overall much better product. Don’t hesitate

Does a great job of cleaning cement, my steps look like new. Can't wait to clean my siding. Long cord is nice, but GFI plug is a little large for some outlets with covers.

I just recieved 2 days ago and have use to clean carport and driveway. It worked so amazing and didn't work me. Im a 73 y.o. female and absolutely love this machine.

Pulled it out the box and the assembly was so simple! Used all the wands and they all worked great too! I was able to finish the driveway as my previous pressure washer bit the dust. it was fast and easy!!

We cleaned the decks, railings, stairs, patio furniture and concrete patio. I could not believe how clean everything turned out, all without a detergent The next project will be the siding and foundation.

I bought this to replace a Karcher that I had for years. This little unit moves around with ease and has enough power to do almost any chore you come across. Good purchase.
