So far very compact and organized unit. They did send a hook retainer that didnt go with tbe unit. The lower gun holster doesnt stay in place. The gun holster should have been designed to slide and lock in from top to bottom not bottom to top since it has the weight of the lance and spray gun resting on it.

I have used the pressure washer and it works properly for cleaning garden fences. It has good power and it is easy to use as it is small size and you can move it on the go. The plastic holders are not all tight enough and the one holding the pressure gun has fallen off a couple of times

It would have been more than convenient if all the screws were present and accounted for. There were at least 5 missing screws that were intended to secure one side of the washer body to the other. One of the screws was later discovered at the bottom of the box, but all the others are wandering aimlessly.

I have recently purchased the ePX3500 Westinghouse pressure washer. Previously I have used a gasoline pressure washer that I am now unable to use due to a shoulder injury, and is now requiring too much maintenance. I liked the design with the pressure washer on 4 wheels, making it easier to roll and being electric, it should be a breeze to start and stop. It's lightweight and has more than adequate water force to keep items around the house clean. The nozzles appear to be the standard black, red, yellow, blue, green, & white, therefore easy to replace. There is a place to put a liquid cleaner which is applied using the black nozzle. Lightweight / plenty of pressure & mobile, just right for an older person. I already have a round concrete cleaner that will connect to the hand-held wand due to the standard connection.

My kids bought this for me for Father's Day, works great and easy to use with the quick disconnect nozzles and light weight. Works great on cleaning vehicles with the soap nozzle. Looking to get the floor scrubber attachment to attack the driveway and garage floor. Definitely would recommend this product.

I have only used this pressure washer once so far and I am overall very pleased. It is easy to assemble, no tools required. Very compact but powerful, it rolls easily. The hose is very long so as I was only cleaning my front steps, I locked the wheels. I tried every spray nozzle except the one for soap. The turbo nozzle was disappointing. I expected it to be more powerful. The green nozzle is perfect for light jobs and the yellow nozzle was great for the heavy dirt and mold that I had to clean. The red nozzle is great for writing your name in wood.

Happy with the product, it's powerful enough for what I need to do, which is to clean my patio & driveway and wash my car, mower and stuff. The noise isn't loud, I like the compactness of the room, fits nicely under my shelf. My biggest annoyance is that the plastic thing that holds the wand keeps falling off. Kinda sad, would've given 5 stars.
