Hello - this product came highly recommended. # 1 I commend you highly on your instructions - excellent as the verbiage and pictures are very helpful. Assembly was a breeze. The box that the product came in was undamaged. Product was safe and secure. However, let me draw your attention to one item: the two-pronged power plug had one of the prongs bent over inward toward the second prong. Not sure how this was accomplished!! The final packaging team missed this assuming that it came from manufacturing. Of course, this may have occurred during boxing and packaging prior to ship!! I took a pair of pliers and was easily separated/bent/adjusted the bent prong to its proper spacing relative to the first prong. Once again it now fits perfect in the receptacle. I am anxious to use your product on all of my car washes:-))))))

My previous electric pressure washer quit the other day .... looking forward to trying this one out as it just came yesterday. The convenience of electric is a huge plus in my book. As technology progresses, electric pressure washers are catching up with the gas powered. 2300 psi here and seeing as much as 3000 psi and above. This is perfect for cleaning a sidewalk and washing our vehicles. Starting with 4 stars but likely will increase to 5 unless we have issues.

I was reluctant to switch over from a gasoline powered pressure washer to electric. This definitely was what I was looking for. Easy to start up and compact which makes it easier to use and transport. The only drawback is that it doesn't spray that much water as I would like but it still is powerful. There are other models WH sells if you're looking for one that pumps out more water with a higher GPM. Satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered this electric power washer because I couldn't start my Craftsman gas pressure washer even after working on the carburetor so I reviewed electric pressure washers and this one had a good review. So far after washing our deck, 2 vehicles and a John Deere Lawn Tractor it works great but not as much pressure as my gas one but it will do the job.

I purchased an WPX2300e a couple months ago. Used it to clean the green mildew from our vinyl siding. The 15 degree and 25 degree nozzles did the job! Our house looks new again! Also used it to clean the concrete walkway infront of hour house. It had been brown/black. Now it also looks new! This model was totally adequate for the job and well priced. It did take a while given that the 40 degree nozzle didn't clean much. Had to switch to the narrower nozzles. But, we cleaned the whole house in 2.5 hours. I also like the size of this model. Small, light, quiet, easy to move around.

I bought the ePX3500 after doing thorough research online. It consistently ranked first for budget and power. Given my household needs, including cleaning the shed, vinyl fence, and cars, I live in South Florida, where mold and algae are a persistent issue. The unit was set up in just five minutes, and I was already cleaning my fence in twenty minutes. The instructions were incredibly clear and easy to follow. The reviews were spot on! For the price, the power is more than enough to handle most power washing tasks. However, as someone who has used power washers before, I advise being cautious with the nozzles and pressure on certain surfaces.

This was delivered yesterday. I purchased through a big box store. Put it together and tried it out today. Very pleased with the power, the nozzles and the low center of gravity. Should never tip as long as the path it's on is clear. I didn't have any trouble with tipping. Both hoses kind of get in the way just like any other power washer. The nozzle choices were fine. The best in my opinion was the “Turbo Nozzle”. I was cleaning landscape borders that have slowly over time got moldy. I tried all the nozzles and really the red 0° power nozzle worked the best. Until I remembered about the turbo nozzle. I put that on and the job became a breeze. By far my favorite nozzle. I did also use the widest nozzle, with less power the rinse off where I created a mess cleaning. It worked great as well. It's quieter than the old one I was gifted when a friend was moving. That one leaked like a sieve. Very happy with this power washer. It's a great choice with the power and the accessories. I now wish I had a before and after picture it worked great.

I bought the WPX2300e mostly for home maintenance like deck prep prior to repainting, but we've also been using it for cleaning car engine parts, etc. It seems well designed. Other than an issue with the turbo nozzle which we're hoping to get replaced under warranty, it's been a great little pressure washer.

Bought two of these based on various reviews. One for home. One for a gift. Have unboxed and tested mine. Snapped together cleanly. No mention of the included lower power cord retainer in the manual or parts list but have seen it on some assembly tutorials. Did work after assembly but will reserve final judgement until I've had time to assess some uses. If all goes as expected, we'll probably update our rating to a 5.

I use this pressure washer mainly for washing vehicles and it works great for that. While it does a good job at cleaning a house or driveway, you may want to look for something with more PSI and especially more GPM if you have much to do. For the price, it's hard to find a comparable unit.
