I bought the unit ePX3100 in November 2024. I do not write immediate reviews after putting the product into use and observe the pros and cons. The installation was relatively easy but the directions need some attention from the vendor to make it a bit less confusing and easy to follow eliminating guess. The unit is easy to hook to the water source and turns on nicely. The tips take some time to get familiar with, this is due to me since this is the first pressure washer I owned. It is powerful and washes and removes dirt without any effort. I also purchased a separate foam unit and I do not use the one on the unit. Overall, it is a good purchase and it does what it does. The power cord is long enough for me and it is also easy maneuver around. The compact size is appealing feature. The tools are easy to store around.

Purchased this morning online and picked up at store. Was going to wait till tomorrow to use but after easily assembling and twisting one during halftime ark/sj game I decided to give it a try. I was pleased with initial results actually exceeded my expectations.

I chose this power washer, largely because of its 2500 PSI, as my home has 2 stories. I needed considerable power, to clean 2nd floor siding & paver walkway. So far, I have only used it, to clean 1st fl siding & paver walkway. The machine has done a great job! I agree, though, with other customer(s) that a longer lance would be helpful, to reach 2nd storie. I like the 360 degree wheels, hose & power cord winding hardware. Hose doesn't kink, like those of other brand powerwashers.

I'm really impressed with this compact, powerful and quiet power washer. It assembled quickly and easily without tools. At 19 lbs. it's easy to move around. The design is simple, sturdy and compact. With the supply hose entering the base on one side and the pressure hose leaving the base on the other side, it is easy to pull behind you without pulling it over. The pressure hose uncoiled and laid flat without wanting to spring back into a mess of coils. The large top mounted on/off button is great if you have to cut it off in a hurry. The only thing I added to improve its workability was an on/off valve for the water supply hose - a simple and inexpensive hose fitting available at the local hardware store. The design and engineering team did an excellent job of thinking this one through. Thank you.

The ePX3500 pressure washer is a great addition to my garage. I bought this a month ago and am so happy that I did. The assembly was a breeze. All parts are snap on and well made. It is compact and light, but it is also pretty sturdy so it won't tip over when you drag it around to do the leaning job. I have used it for car washing and driveway cleaning, and it does a good job. The operation is easy, but please make sure you follow the instructions, which, by the way, are clearly explained in the manual with big prints and graphs. Overall it is an excellent product and deserve all the five stars!

Bought it for my husband as a gift, he loves it as it's small compact and is pretty powerful. The four wheel swivel design makes it easy to roll around, and the unit holds everything in place. Only wish the wand holder was a better design as it loosely stored.

Purchased a few weeks ago and I am pleasantly surprised at how powerful it is for such a compact unit. It did such a good job on deck and concrete. Hoping it does the same on precast block wall. The only slight negative is wire and hose holders which click into the unit have a tendency to come off periodically, but certainly not a deal breaker.

I bought this for small jobs that were not big enough for my gasoline pressure washer. I was totally amazed at how powerful this electric pressure washer was. Very easy to pull around and I like the fact that it doesn't turn over like my last one did.

When I received this pressure washer I was very skeptical, but to my surprise this thing has a lot of power. I purchased a surface cleaner separately and this pressure washer handled the surface cleaner with ease and the cleaner better than expected. Highly recommend!
