I was pleasantly surprised. The washer was went together easily with all parts fitting and instructions easy to follow. It is light weight too. Everything works as expected. A good value for the price. It comes with a detailed manual. One warning though: follow the directions for assembly and use. The descriptions of inlet and outlet on the preceding page appear to be switched.

Recently got to use this just last weekend and really liked how easy it was to assemble and operate. Quiet and powerful for 2500 psi. Was a little confused on operating the chemical reservoir, but I think I got it figured out. Over all happy with the purchase.

I recently purchased the EXP 3500 and so far it has met my expectations. It was fairly easy to assemble, taking about a half hour, with only the need of a few common sense interpretations of the manual. Once assembled, the unit seemed fairly sturdy and the wheels made it nice to slide around the project. I recommend reading the manual completely before use as it contains several important pieces of information. Once started the pressure washer was easy to use and the moderate nozzle had enough pressure to clean the dirt from my patio (12’x20’) in less than two hours. Yes, I would recommend the EXP 3500 to anyone looking for an entry level electric pressure washer.

It took me all of about 5 minutes to put everything together out of the box. The unit itself is light weight and easy to bring to the job site. Once plugged in, there was enough power to clean the vinyl siding, fence, exterior doors, and gutters with no issues. I've been using a gas powered unit before and definitely do not miss the loud motor while using the washer. You don't need ear protection when using this electric unit. I look forward to many years of service as the plastic housing and parts seem to be very well made. Excellent value for the price.

I just bought this machine and it works well, but beware of some deceitful practices. The warranty requires you to ship the product at your own expense both ways. The working pressure is 2000 psi, not 2500 psi. The gpm is full water with No nozzle. And they offer you bonus nozzles that are almost impossible to get. These are all company failures. but for washing cars, this is a nice compact machine

Tried this out for the first time today and was very impressed with the ePX3500. Keep in mind this is an electric unit but it it packs a nice little punch and works great for all my needs around the house without the hassle of a gas unit. So far I am very happy with this product

It’s a great size and lightweight for maneuvering while in use and storing away. It has a nice long electrical cord, the wand is good quality and comes with the soap dispense. Love that it comes with different nozzles and they are extremely easy to switch out. Great value for the money and very easy to use.

We bought the EPX3100 pressure washer on 11/27/23. After a few uses we truly do love this pressure washer. The cord and hose both give a good amount of length. The wheels at the bottom are convenient for moving around easily. Overall we are enjoying our new pressure washer and its neat features!

Very easy to assemble and initially I am pleased with the performance. The unit has storage for hose and nozzle/gun if you want to completely disassembled everything. The pressure hose needs to be coiled too tightly and it’s a hassle. I prefer to store hose in larger loops on hooks in my shed. I wish GE would provide good dust covers for hoses etc.

Got tired of discoloured and mouldy bricks and patio pavers. Having never used a pressure washer I looked around and decided on this model. Came with all the nozzles needed for multiple surfaces. Also purchased an add on foam Cannon. After using this washer I can truly say that it does everything I needed and more!!!! Bricks and concrete look amazing and the cannon applies the car wash evenly. Overall very satisfied.
