I unboxed the ePX3500 and ran it to make sure it works. I was curious how powerful it would be compared to an 1800 psi that I have had for a year or two (lime green color). The 3500 does seem to have a slightly higher flow rate, but the pressure seems about the same as the old one. The wheels are convenient for car washing, the wand is a little better, and the holsters are nice. It is total stop, which is nice when you want to detail after dark. I noticed reduced power and a rough vibration during use. Curious how long it will last versus the green one. I plan on using regularly until I know.

Buyer beware... Out of the box all nozzles pictured in the product description are NOT included with this pressure washer. You have to leave a review on a different website in order to have to the extra nozzles shipped to you as a "bonus". All you will receive with the pressure washer is the turbo nozzle. I find this completely misleading and my review of this item reflects that. This may very well be the best pressure washer known to man but because I didn't get everything pictured for the money I spent I refuse to leave 5 stars. It's shady and insulting that I have to leave a review to receive everything this pressure washer SHOULD have come with.

Got this little unit in March 2025. Used once in April and it worked fine. I liked how quiet it was compared to my old gas washer. It cleaned the driveway as well as my old gas unit. Used again last weekend. Stopped working after 1 hour cleaning patio furniture. Decided it may need a rest? So I tried again the next day and it powered on for 2-3 seconds then died again. Tried the reset buttons on the plug. Dead. Tried 3 different (working-confirmed) outlets and same thing. Powered on for 2-3 seconds, then dead. Now I cannot even get the 2-3 power. So, a total of ~ 4 hours of use and it is dead.

I have used this unit only twice so far, but am very satisfied with its performance. I got it mainly to remove moss from concrete, and it has accomplished that. The power cord and pressure line are both generous in length, which is a plus. The wide wheelbase and low profile of the unit make it very stable; it can be pulled around without tipping over. I cannot yet comment on reliability, but it seems to be well made. This is my objective review, not slanted by the incentive offered to provide it.

This electric pressure washer is excellent. Easy to use and carry. I’m a small person and I didn’t want something very heavy for my business and I also wanted something that was portable. Highly recommend. Only con, the side holder that holds the gun keeps falling off off. I am going to reach out to the company directly. Not a deal breaker. Just a minor flaw.

Just ordered this pressure washer a week ago and it arrived today. Got it all set-up with absolutely no hassle, approx. 10 min. assembly time. Turned it on and got to washing vehicles. Knocked out two vehicles in less than 25 minutes and man did this thing get it clean. Soap dispenser worked excellent and unit has some really powerful cleaning. Really wish I had bought this years ago. I'll never go back to hand cleaning with rag and bucket again !! So, we'll see how long this bad boy holds up in years to come, but so far I absolutely love it. Highly recommend.

Used my pressure washer yesterday for the first time and fell in love with it. I love the small size and easy portability. Pressure was plenty, and I used it with the turbo nozzle to clean my driveway very effectively. Used lower pressure nozzles to wash the car. I haven’t tried the soap dispenser yet. I wish the dispenser was removable for easier cleaning. I have a powerful gas washer but this one is so much easier and quieter to use that I’ll be using it for all but the toughest jobs. Great value.

I got this as a gift for Christmas and just used it for the first time. I was able to get so much dirt off my driveway, walkways and back patio it even impressed my wife! I definitely recommend using this, also helped get grime off my siding panels of my home.

I have had this about 30 days. It's small in size but big on power and performance. Was tired of carburetor failure on gas pressure washer and decided to go electric. After comparison shopping, chose this Westinghouse model. So impressed. My 20 year old wood fence looks amazing

Bought a week ago for house washing and deck washing. Assembly and hookup was very easy, just follow the instruction manual. First project was my 20-24 deck, worked like a champ with plenty of power. Unit was guiet and much easier to use than my old gas pressure washer. Only time will tell as to reliability but so far i give it 5 stars.
