We've had this pressure washer for about a month so far, and have thus far used it to wash two of our cars as well as portions of our siding. The power it produces is sufficient to remove 10 years of grime and moss from vinyl siding. The unit is small, has great onboard storage, and is extremely easy to move around. The built in power cord is pretty long, though you may need an extension cord to get to out buildings if those buildings don't have power. If you're not using a pressure washer year round, multiple times a week for numerous hours a day, going with this over an engine powered pressure washer makes sense.

So far I have used this for about an hour and it is working great. The last electric power washer I had lasted for a couple of years but ultimately was not powerful enough and the wheels fell off. This one seems to be constructed better and so far is plenty powerful enough for what I am wanting to do.

Time to retire the old Pressure Washer, after some research and considering the affordability we opted for the ePX3500. Aside from the simple operation and easily engaged controls that accommodate any job, the low-profile storage of tools, hose and chord make this the perfect PW'er for our needs.

So far, so good. Much more convenient to use and user friendly vs comparable gas powered unit. Pump cuts off when trigger released, so don't have to worry about pump damage. Already tied to water hose, so electric cord not major issue. Surprised that box included turbo nozzle in addition to 4 angled nozzles.

Have only had unit a couple days, but have used to clean driveway and house siding. Works perfectly so far. Love the fact that when you stop spraying, there is no noise coming from unit. Replaced my "noisey" gas washer and so glad I did. Plus no more gasoline to keep. Price was good, hope to get several years use from unit.

I bought this for general household use. I did not want a big, gas powered machine. (Been there, done that.) This is compact and easy to use. I love that it shuts off and starts up automatically based on whether you are squeezing the trigger. It's not as powerful as a big, gas powered one. But I don't need that. Great product.

I bought the EPX3500 electric pressure washer to clean my fence before applying a new coat of wood finish. While I could probably have gotten away with a less powerful model for that, I also wanted to make sure that it serves me to clean moss and algae from my driveway and a retaining wall. I tried it a few days ago for both tasks and it worked great for both. The turbo nozzle is great. It produces a concentrated stream, similar to the 0º nozzle, which swivels around by maybe 15º in a random fashion, which made it easy to clean tough stains on stone. It was also pretty easy to assemble, just some of the slide-in plastic pieces needed a little soapy water to help them get into place. The only qualm I have is that it is not very obvious if the power button is depressed or not, and since the pump shuts off automatically after a few seconds without actively spraying, you can't tell from the noise either until you pull the trigger and see if the pump comes on again.

This was an out-of-box failure. The power switch button is a push-on/push off configuration, but it would not latch in the on position. When I inspected the switch I noted that the button had not been properly installed in the switch housing - one of the three retainers was on the wrong side of the housing rim. This prevented the button from being fully depressed and the mechanical latch was not engaging. It is obvious that Westinghouse is not doing an operational final check before shipping, and even a simple visual inspection would have revealed the improper assembly. I was able to easily fix the problem with the switch myself, but I wonder how many returns are due to Westinghouse's faith-based quality control.

This is the most compact device I have ever used. It has an excellent design and is mobile and flexible. If you use it frequently, it is recommended to buy a quick connection kit on their official website. It will be cheaper than what I bought on Amazon...

The ePX3100 pressure washer is small and light weight with plenty of power to remove stains, dirt and mildew from your concrete (stamped and painted without removing paint!!!) driveway and walkways. Great also for lawn furniture, bird baths and fenced yards... Next job to take on will be the roof eaves and soffit around the house. Easy to use and manage for any job around the house and is truly worth the money!
