Assembly was straightforward, and initial use worked well except for 1 issue - the bottom holster that holds the wand does not stay in place and drops out. There's a tab that looks like it should catch when inserting, but it doesn't catch and then drops out with the weight of the wand. The bigger issue is that on my 2nd and 3rd use, it seems the unit almost has to warm up before the stream is consistently powerful enough to use. It will surge a little and then die, and then repeat. It's frustrating, but the problem goes away after 2 or 3 minutes. I'm not sure if this is normal behavior or not, I haven't looked this up yet. Once it's running consistently the washer does a great job - I've cleaned brick steps, hardwood decking, and metallic patio furniture successfully so far. I haven't used the soap dispenser, but have used 2 of the nozzles with good results.

I bought this electric pressure washer to avoid the hassle of a gas powered on and has been amazing. It's simple use and compact design make it great for all pressure washing needs. Has excellent pressure just like a gas powered one. Highly recommend

There is a lot to love about this pressure washer! 1. The compact light weight machine is easy to carry to the job sight. 2. The four-wheel stable wide base easily moves with you as you move throughout the job. 3. Cord and accessory storage management. It's a simple thing, but the Velcro strap to keep the pressure hose looped is a wonderful touch. 4. Extra-long power cord and pressure hose. 5. Compact cardboard packaging that is easily recycled. I recently purchased the Westinghouse ePX3500 electric power washer to clean a medium sized wooden deck at my home. After a lot of research, I decided to go with this model in part due to its small size, four wheels, and light weight all while delivering impressive specs. Assembly of the unit was straightforward and no tools were needed. A water supply and electrical outlet and you are good to go. I was impressed with the flow and pressure of this unit as it easily blasted through mold and gunk on my pressure treated deck without destroying the wood. I also appreciate the fact that it is very quiet during operation unlike gas models. For my needs, I could not be happier. One small nitpick though is that the nozzles are not labeled very well. The number is molded on the nozzle but it is the same color as the nozzle body and hard to read. I took a sharpie and wrote the number in ink on it so I can easily see it. Other than that, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend.

This pressure washer is perfect. I had another Pressure washer that was shaped more lie a Hoover vacuum cleaner and it was impossible to move around behind me. This Westinghouse model small and easier to carry and move around, but it's the four casters that improve maneuverability the most. The nozzles are easy to attach and the pressure is great. So happy with my purchase.

I have had a number of water pressure for the last 47 years and nothing can compare to this Model. It cleans so easy and took off mold on patio that has been there for years from the Air Conditioner. It has never been this clean. I highly recommend this Model. Excellent quality and easy assembly. Wont be disappointed.

I read a bunch of reviews of all sorts of different pressure washers and I had not seen this one for sale yet. When I read about it I returned the one I had ordered before without even using it and got this one and I'm very happy with that decision. I couldn't wait to test it out so I cleaned my front walkway immediately. I didn't even realize how dirty it was. My new house is really starting to look pretty. Next up the deck

I've used this pressure washer a few times since buying it. It's not going to give you the power of a large, gas-powered unit, by any means, but for most tasks, it's plenty sufficient, super easy to store and move around. I have cleaned my front walkway, refreshed my privacy fence pickets, and washed the car several times.

Putting it together was easy. Using it was easier. The wheels allowed it to swivel easily while moving from area to another area. Strong enough to blast off the dirt on the driveway and sidewalks. I got the round “surface cleaner “ and it made the job easier and quicker than using just a wand. This was a great buy.

I wash down my house every spring, and this is my third power washer through the years. The Westinghouse is by far the best one! The wheels help with moving it around, and the nozzles are perfect for different jobs. I finished in record time and my house looks great!
