I have used this product twice, and it works well as designed. However, the spray gun connector for the lance is too brittle and breaks too easily. Part of it is in the lance, and the other part is in the spray gun. I would like to have the spray gun replaced in order to continue using it.

I have used it twice in the past two weeks. Purchased to replace my gas powered pressure washer. This machine as do most electric washers do not deliver the advertised pressure or GPM listed. The specifications would be closer to 2000psi and 1.3 GPM which still will surfice for most home owner needs. The 2.3 GPM claim is if you have no nozzle tip attached. I have no negative comments about the design or build other than it would have been better if it included quick connect adapters to connect the pressure hose to the wand and machine wich I did buy and makes it so much easier to use and store.

Like most things, some assembly but no big deal. Most everyhting fit together intuitively with translating from a foreign language. First use is still waiting but product appears to be well-built and easy (for some other models) for a woman to use. It's also very compact to most any other pressure waqsher.

I bought this for small jobs that were not big enough for my gasoline pressure washer. I was totally amazed at how powerful this electric pressure washer was. Very easy to pull around and I like the fact that it doesn't turn over like my last one did.

Purchased this Westinghouse pressure washer as a replacement for a Greenworks product that had a very disappointing lifespan (~2 years) for light residential use. Hoping this one is better. Unboxing was easy and logical. The connectors attached smoothly. The wheels are a great feature and spin freely, and also come with brakes when you need them. Pressure is good and it's easy to use. Since I just bought this pressure washer so I cannot speak to the longevity of the product, but am hopeful as this was a well rated item.

I am so impressed with the 3500 pressure washer; the power is outstanding, the hose is long enough on the power cord and the spray wand to move around, quiet enough, no gas and no oil, compact for storage and light to carry. I had fun cleaning with this.

I have the 3100 model in Arizona. The 3500 model looks exactly the same except it has more pressure. I haven’t used it yet but I’m confident it will perform flawlessly like my 3100 model. It’s great to find products that are both affordable and made well. Simple to put together too. I own a gas model but these fairly high powered electric models are sooooo much easier to use and maintain. Longevity will be the ultimate factor that will make me gravitate towards Westinghouse products in the future.

I chose this power washer, largely because of its 2500 PSI, as my home has 2 stories. I needed considerable power, to clean 2nd floor siding & paver walkway. So far, I have only used it, to clean 1st fl siding & paver walkway. The machine has done a great job! I agree, though, with other customer(s) that a longer lance would be helpful, to reach 2nd storie. I like the 360 degree wheels, hose & power cord winding hardware. Hose doesn't kink, like those of other brand powerwashers.

Researched the market to see how things have advanced once my old PW stopped working and kept coming back to the ePX3500. Westinghouse engineers did a great job of trimming just about every ounce of fat off of this unit while leaving plenty of performance for average uses around a home or small business. Love how small this PW is when packed up for storage. Every square inch is intelligently used to hold the cord, hose, gun, and nozzles. I highly recommend purchasing a set of quick release connectors so the tear down, and storage time and effort, is cut way down (downside of compact design is needing to disassemble the hose and gun to properly store the PW). A price I’m more than willing to pay to get 2K rated psi in such a small package. Included 25’ hose is fine, but I’ll be purchasing a decent quality 50’ replacement for convenience. I’ve also purchased a soap cannon to avoid the cleanup needed with the built-in container. Can’t wait to move into the modern era of car cleaning. All-in-all this is a well designed, quality built, strong performing PW that I highly recommend. Get one, you won’t regret it…
