My eXP3500 does a great job. However, today I put soap in the dispenser for the first time. It dispensed soap for the first few minutes and then, no more soap, but good spray pressure. Tank is 1/2 full. I used Mold Armor brand which is thin like water. Is this the problem?

I used this to clean some driveway, it is not powerful enough for a dedicated pressure washer surface cleaner attachment unless you want to make multiple passes. If you use the included yellow nozzle you can clean most brick mildew/mold etc. Overall a light and good option, but not a replacement for the old beast gas powered 2500+PSI pressure washer.

I have used it twice in the past two weeks. Purchased to replace my gas powered pressure washer. This machine as do most electric washers do not deliver the advertised pressure or GPM listed. The specifications would be closer to 2000psi and 1.3 GPM which still will surfice for most home owner needs. The 2.3 GPM claim is if you have no nozzle tip attached. I have no negative comments about the design or build other than it would have been better if it included quick connect adapters to connect the pressure hose to the wand and machine wich I did buy and makes it so much easier to use and store.

Didn't get around to opening the box and using it until we'd had it a few months and now I'm wishing we had been using it all this time! Set up/prep was quick and easy and within a few minutes we were pressure washing the sidewalk and amazed at that bright light color that was under all the gunk! And that was just with water, I'm sure with a cleaner it will be even better. My husband even used it on his car but got a little carried away and chipped a bit of paint. Totally his fault but hey, it's fun! Can't wait to clean more things.

I bought this electric pressure washer to wash my membrane roof-top deck. Previously I had a different electric pressure from a different brand, but it didn't have enough power. I found this one based off of other reviews and those reviews helped out immensely! This pressure washer made the job much easier & faster than previously done. Excellent pressure washer.

This pressure washer greatly helped when we had to refinish our deck. The pressure washer easily removed the loose paint chips. The pressure washer also did a great job in cleaning our concrete driveway. I highly recommend it! Very easy to operate and takes up very little space in storage.

Assembling the washer was easy with the instruction manual. Cables are very long and being able keep the accesories on the washer itself is nice. It comes with 4 nozzles, but I wish it came with the 40 degree nozzle! Besides that, it's worth the price!

Very light and easy to transport with nice integrated handle. Plenty of length on the power cord to provide needed placement. 20 degree spray head isn’t very harsh but cleans off deck surface well without worrying about damage. Runs much quieter than others I’ve heard before without the high pitch squeal.

I have had the pressure washer a week or so and have used it to wash cars. It works great for that. I used it on the driveway a but but it doesn't quite have enough strength to clean it quickly. That would be a slow process. All in all, so far so good.

I’ve only had the chance to use this pressure washer once since purchasing it, before the cold weather set in, so I don’t have much experience with it but it seemed to perform well during the single use when I tried it out. I’m impressed if this electric pressure washer seems to have the power typical of gas powered models, which most electric versions lack. So far, so good, on that score!
