Researched the top rated power washers and this one stood out for its portability. It is conveniently small but powerful. I did not use the turbo nozzle as it can be too tough on pavers, but the 15 degree one got the dirt off without any problem. It is easy to pull over grass, patios, driveways without falling over, and light enough to carry. Putting on the nozzles is easy. It's small size takes up less storage room in my garage.

Have not used this product yet as I just finished assembling it. That said, assembly was very easy...all parts were enclosed. I did purchase a Westinghouse foam cannon as I think this will apply the soap better to my vehicles. Having caster wheels should allow ease of movement when washing the vehicles.

I have used it twice in the past two weeks. Purchased to replace my gas powered pressure washer. This machine as do most electric washers do not deliver the advertised pressure or GPM listed. The specifications would be closer to 2000psi and 1.3 GPM which still will surfice for most home owner needs. The 2.3 GPM claim is if you have no nozzle tip attached. I have no negative comments about the design or build other than it would have been better if it included quick connect adapters to connect the pressure hose to the wand and machine wich I did buy and makes it so much easier to use and store.

Compact design and the wide wheelbase makes it unlikely that this unit will tip over. Easy to fill reservoir and well-designed controls. Spray control lock and power switch are big enough to use while wearing gloves. Nice storage spots for spray nozzles that aren't in use. Long electrical cord. Only downside? Would be nice if there were a small storage compartments to store the extra o-rings and the wire tool for cleaning the spray nozzles. Also would be nice if the spray wand could be stored on the unit without having to be disassembled. Overall, thoughtful design and a good value.

Just got this last week and tried it for the first time yesterday. It's pretty compact but powerful got off a major stain on my driveway. Going to clean the backyard once I get some pation detergent and I can't wait to see the results. It's a good buy.

I bought this to replace a gas unit that was too heavy for me to handle and used it to pressure wash my deck, it works like a charm. I can't wait to use it on my back deck and car. It's so much easier than I anticipated and for us ladies I am happy with the electric feature and not having to use gas. Looking forward to other projects to use it for.

I have the ePX3500 electric pressure washer and it works great. Only reason it didn’t get a 5 star is because the lower gun holster will not lock in place on mine. Overall great product, works well and I’d definitely recommend this specific washer because of how versatile it is at 2500psi.

We needed to upgrade from our old and outdated power washer and decided to give the Westinghouse EPX3500 a try. What a difference. It has the power and functionality to get the job done whatever it may be. I recommend trying it for yourself and think you'll be as pleased as we are. The trustworthiness of the Westinghouse name was an added bonus when making our choice.

This was an out-of-box failure. The power switch button is a push-on/push off configuration, but it would not latch in the on position. When I inspected the switch I noted that the button had not been properly installed in the switch housing - one of the three retainers was on the wrong side of the housing rim. This prevented the button from being fully depressed and the mechanical latch was not engaging. It is obvious that Westinghouse is not doing an operational final check before shipping, and even a simple visual inspection would have revealed the improper assembly. I was able to easily fix the problem with the switch myself, but I wonder how many returns are due to Westinghouse's faith-based quality control.
