I purchased and used the unit once and the pump went bad. Warranty covered it and I now have another new unit. The warranty service started off a little lethargic but it turned out to be quick and easy and the new unit was delivered days before I expected.

I purchased the ePX3500 electric power washer, and it turned out to be a very good product. Fairly light, compact, and enough power to do many things. Good for cleaning concrete, brick, vinyl siding, floor mats, cars, trash containers, etc. Not loud, and easy to operate. Made my concrete walkways look like new again. Very cost effective when compared to paying a commercial source to do the work.

Works well so far. Only 4 stars as I haven’t had it long enough to know how durable it will be. Stays upright, well designed with hose attachment at bottom. Not supposed to use an extension cord and it does come with a long enough cord that it hasn’t been an issue.

My wife inherited a pressure washer from her cousin and used it for about a year before it just died. I decided to surprise her with the new ePX3500 electric pressure washer and wow! What a difference a little extra power makes! It practically cuts the time to clean up in half!

The ePX3100 is a great power washer. I was surprised that it was so small and light weight. It does the job and the quick change nozzles are a nice option. The 5 nozzles are different degrees of spray that cover any job and there is a high pressure nozzle as well. All in all this is an awesome little power washer.

I bought this after getting too frustrated trying to start my old gas pressure washer. This worked very well, starts right up, was much quieter, and provided similar power. I think this level of pressure (2000 psi avg / 2500 peak) is the minimum most homeowners would want, great for decks, fences, siding and general cleaning. It probably won't strip paint or anything like that but for a small, lightweight and portable unit it does the job well.

If you are a homerowner, then at some point in time you will need a pressure washer to do some cleaning. Whether this is sliding, brickwork, fencing, or a concrete driveway, you will need a pressure washer. I purchased this product do clean some vinyl siding and brickwork after reading some reviews about it and other models. I wanted a model that had good cleaning power, but was something I probably would only be using infrequently. Therefore, I didn't need the power of gas model. Product arrived on schedule with all the parts needed to put it together which required about 15 minutes. Just follow the pictures in the manual. Connect and turn on the water supply before plugging in and turning on the pressure washer. You don't want to run the washer with no water in it. In an apples to oranges comparison to a gas powered model that I previous used, this electric washer has about 70-75% of the cleaning power of the gas model. I was really happy with the power of this washer. It is really compact and much easier to more around and store. It doesn't tip over and not heavy to lift and move around. My next project for this washer is try it on on cleaning my deck, which I'm sure it has the power to do. If you need a pressure washer for medium duty work on occasion, then this a model that I would recommend getting.

Bought this to clean my deck. Tested it today on my car. Easy to assemble and I really like the four wheels to keep it stable. Other reviewers are correct about the plug. The large plug will not fit in an outdoor outlet with a weather-protective cover. Fortunately I have a few regular plugs to use. There was part not listed in the Component List and Assembly Instructions -- a retaining hook labeled "Power Cord". There is a place for it to be inserted and it is definitely needed for securely wrapping up the power cord. Also, it would have been nice to have the nozzles identified by color. I don't think I will use the soap tank. You have to remove all of the soap from the tank and flush the tubing in order to rinse with clean water. Not very practical when most instructions tell you not to let the detergent dry on your decking (or car).

Received this pressure washer about a month ago and extremely impressed of its power. Have already washed the house and cars and it worked great. Washed a spot on the driveway and it removed grease and dirt easily Easy to move around and very light for its power. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Recently bought but used it twice now - I'm a fan so far. The design is much smaller than I imagined on pictures and the machine is very sturdy on its wide, 4-wheel base. My only complaint is the gun/nozzle holder pops out under the weight. I was able to set it back in place but if this break, would be a big headache.
