not bad easy to assemble, plastic bag was ripped open all hardwear scattered in box all accounted for Good job on taping up box ( no lost hardware) works good, it did stop a couple of times in the first 5 min. then it seem to run fine after that. Good layout for the hose and power cord.

I received this as a gift and have mixed feelings about it. Being new to pressure washers, I am pleasantly surprised at how well this cleans, but also a bit surprised when it tears things apart. One thing I wish they included was an on/off switch for the soap dispenser.

Only had a few days but used this pressure washer to clean 200 square feet or so of paving stones covered with decades of dirt and moss. After a short learning curve I began to use it efficiently and watched the grime wash away. There was no doubt which area was cleaned. It was like night and day! This product seems sturdy is easy to set up and carry. This was my first time using a pressure washer so I spent time reviewing the safety and operating instructions. This is a powerful tool so don't skimp on safety. This tool requires grounded circuits. If you have an older home with ungrounded circuits it won't work . Minor problem: I could not attach garden hose because the mfgr had put an extra washer in the receptacle in addition to the screen. I had to remove the extra washer for the hose to correctly attach. I have many more pavers and garden wall to scour away the moss and am confident I have the right tool.

Purchased this unit a few weeks ago. It is quite small and the perfect size for a homeowner. I borrowed a neighbor's gas powered pressure washer to see if that is what I wanted. While it was quite powerful, it was big, very loud, and would be one more gasoline engine I would have to maintain. This electric unit is much quieter, smaller, and has enough power for my uses (cleaning the exterior of the house, walkways and car washing) and I would absolutely purchase again. Hopefully it lasts a long time.

First operation of this unit went very well! Love the variety of nozzles to do various jobs around the exterior of the house. With heavy supervision, my 13 year old son LOVED using this to wash our sidewalk and stairs. Very easy to use. Appreciate the safety locking feature on the trigger. No issues at this time.

Everything just works! I love that is is booth portable (doesn't take up much room in the garage) but is stable enough with the 4 wheel base for me to pull it around on my paver driveway and I have yet to tip it over. This is really great when you have a long hose and it's not always by your side. I also think the design is well thought out with the way the nozzles attach to the base, which makes swapping tips a breeze. Much better than a previous electric power washer I owned. Highly recommended!

Bought several weeks ago. Washed down house and shed. The WPX2300e washers was a little weak, but ok.Good for light work around the house and vehicles. Use a 25 foot extension cord did fine. The biggest problem is having to move two hoses and electrical cord when moving machine. Very light for someone that have health issues or for an elderly person. As for durability, time will tell. Putting together, easy but one of the nuts came out of part for sprayer hose holder.

I just bought this machine. It was very light in weight and easy to move around and very easy to put together. I am a very slight woman and it looks like it will be easy to use. I will have to comment later on my actual experience using the EPX3500.

Haven't used it yet but seems very well made. Love the wide wheel spacing. Adds to the stability. Onboard storage for the ample power cord, nozzles, and spray wand are very hand. Love that is it light enough in weight to be easily portable yet still very stable.

I just received my ePX3500 and have yet to put it to a test. My first impression is ir is sturdy, light weight and suitable for my needs. It met my budget and I'm optimistic it will out perform my expectations. It assembled easily, is compact and a good value.
