I received this as a gift and have mixed feelings about it. Being new to pressure washers, I am pleasantly surprised at how well this cleans, but also a bit surprised when it tears things apart. One thing I wish they included was an on/off switch for the soap dispenser.

Very happy with the power washer and especially for the price! So powerful for an electric power washer and easy to handle. Light weight to move it around. It still required a lot of time on our huge driveway, but it had not been cleaned for years. Part way done on my cedar wood privacy fence.The on to the deck. It will save me so much money!

Much better than I expected; it cleaned my patio bricks with almost the same ease as my gas powered pressure washer that as usual would not start. I am going to give my gas unit to Good Will and never look back. The ePX3500 will handle any of my needs.

Easy purchase, delivery (from Amazon) and assembly in under 30 minutes. The unit started up quickly and I began power washing my screen porch shortly after the quick assembly. I am super impressed by the clear instructions and simple assembly of a relatively small amount of parts included. I bought this a month ago and actually have not used it yet. I plan to use it on my driveway and for cleaning the siding on my shop, but also to clean game skulls for European mounts. I like the size and design of the product but think they could have made the accessory storage (upper and especially lower gun holster) on the sides of the machine, sturdier. They seem to slide off to easily when pressure is applied. I should be using this within the next couple weeks.

I bought this a month ago and I have used it once. It's very easy to get started. I have used it on my house siding, soffit, gutters and brick, as well as my concrete porch and sidewalk. It works great. The power cord is fairly long so I didn't need an extension cord to reach the entire length of my house. I haven't used it with detergent yet so I can't speak to the detergent capability. When you plug in to an outlet be sure to read the plug as it tells you how to get started. It trips and needs to be reset, I guess to be sure that the trip/reset function works. I thought my outlet was tripping and tried a few times until I finally read the plug. Works great when you follow ALL the instructions, go figure.

Works great, Bought this with the 15" surface cleaner which SHOULD come with an additional wand extension. Unless your about 4 ft. tall the supplied wand makes using the surface cleaner a back breaking experience. Might not be a problem for a teenager but later in life it's a hard stop.
