I was washing my truck as I normally do when the pressure washer unexpectedly stopped working. The unit initially starts, but then immediately shuts off. To troubleshoot the issue, I have: * Verified that power is being supplied to the unit. * Reset the GFCI/power adapter. * Confirmed that the power adapter has a solid green indicator light. * Confirmed that the water supply is turned on. * Verified that all hoses and connections are secure. Despite these checks, the unit immediately shuts off and does not pump or spray any water. After it shuts off, it will not restart when I turn the switch off and back on. I have been using this pressure washer approximately every other weekend without any previous issues. This problem occurred suddenly during normal operation. Working with support for a resolution

This product is light and compact. So, I will rate it as a good power to weight/size ratio. The 4 large, lockable casters absolutely prevent tipping, and when the wheels are unlocked, the machine rolls in any direction the work requires. The power cord neatly stows on the side of the washer. I am uncertain of the statement "MAX PSI = 2500". I had a well overdue cleaning of a large concrete patio which was a factor making this initial use a bit more time consuming than I had hoped. I will continue to test it for maximum pressure output to finish the job tomorrow.

This pressure washer has been the best one we have ever bought. It was easy to assemble, easy to use and get the job done. Whether, we are pressure washing our cars, home, patio furniture, sidewalks or whatever- It delivers great quality!! Would definitely recommend to purchase.

I just used this to clean black gunk from a linden tree that has been accumulating for years on my driveway and sidewalk. I used no soap and the 25 degree spray head. Worked great. Product assembled very easily and is well designed all around. Highly recommended.

I bought this about 2 weeks ago and was impressed how well it cleaned my 3 car driveway. This took around 4 hours because it was really bad with grime and mold. I used the turbo nozzle which cuts a larger path than the others, which helped. It worked flawlessly and never had any problems. The bottom of the tool holder fell off a few times so I just put a few drops of super glue on the tracks for it and problem solved.

The unit seems to work acceptably but has some issues. 1. The detergent container isn't removable, which makes is awkward to empty and clean. And since there is no by-pass switch on on dispensing the detergent, you MUST empty the container and fill it with water to ensure the unit isn't damaged. 2. According to the manual, the unit isn't waterproof. Seems counter-intuitive for a pressure washer.

My wife bought me the pressure washer for my birthday. I am happy with the product as it has: Good pressure and comes with a variety of tips A quiet operation and the pump only runs when needed A long electrical cord with a GFI feature A compact form with locking wheels A couple of the improvements would be: A more flexible pressure hose for a 5 star rating A light on the power switch to identify when it is turned on

I use this pressure washer about 3 times over the past few months. All seems OK. Was easy to assemble. Unit is light and maneuverable. Pressure seems fine for cleaning deck boards. Built in soap dispenser seems nice, compared to my Sun Joe's soap dispenser attachment. One ding is that my unit arrived was missing the green nozzle, and some of the plastic holder like to fall off.

Works well. It takes a little while to set up, both the first time and every time you use it. Also, a little bit of a hassle to put it away; Inevitable, I suppose considering the length of the hose and the electrical cord. Seems powerful. Even the green nozzle is painful if you accidentally get your hand in the way of it. The power takes a second to kick in every time you pull the trigger, which is neither here nor there, but it's something to be aware of.

I bought the ePX3500 2 days ago and used that day. Easy to assemble and all parts plus 5 washer tips were in the box. I was impressed at it's power for such a small machine. It did a fantastic job cleaning ground in dirt on concrete patio, front walk and front stoop. Doing Review for 5 bonus washer tips. Only gave 4 stars for I've only used once. Hoping it last a long time.
