Just received my eXP3500 pressure washer yesterday. Took 9 minutes to set up and 2 more minutes to get spraying. Love the electric feature as opposed to gas. Used it on vinyl fence and garage door and they look better than when we moved in. Super easy to operate. Great power! Definitely worth the price!

So far very compact and organized unit. They did send a hook retainer that didnt go with tbe unit. The lower gun holster doesnt stay in place. The gun holster should have been designed to slide and lock in from top to bottom not bottom to top since it has the weight of the lance and spray gun resting on it.

Yes, as others have said it's a decent pressure washer, though not as strong as a gas one, but then again, it's not as loud. The nozzle was difficult for me to quick connect. Not sure that was because I wasn't doing it right or poor workmanship. Also, I wish the hose that's connected to the gun had a place to wind up to store. The bottom loop for the electric cable kept popping out as only friction holds it in place as it slides up in a groove. Would've better if the groove were down for the loop to slide down.

I've had a gas and another brand electric. This item is my favorite so far for general house cleaning (e.g., wood siding, wood fences, decks, etc.) with the 25 degree nozzle and it still chewed up the wood a little (which is good since I can go to the 40 degree ). I would buy again. One complaint - the bottom bracket that acts as the shelf for storing the wand constantly falls off - it doesn't lock securely.

Unpacking and assembling took me about 45 minutes and any normal person should be able to handle that in about 30 minutes. Relatively light weight makes portability easy and the lengthy power cord makes it easy to keep the power away from the water. A handy alternative to my gas powered pressure washer.

What a great littel power washer! Works perfectly for our needs and we have used it several times over the first week we have owned it. Our neighbor came over and wanted to know where we got it. He had purchased a different brand last year and is not happy with it. He was impressed by ours.

I just assembled this and I am very impressed with the fact that it is very compact and there is a place for everything on board. It has a very low center of gravity -- it won't be falling over when I use it! The electrical cord is very long and stores nicely on the unit. As of today, I have not yet used it -- I will revise my review after use if necessary

I bought this power washer in April and had to wait for the weather to be warm enough to use. Used it one day and was happy with the outcome, but when I plugged it in the second day it started working and then shut off. Every time the plug is put into the outlet, the GFCI on the plug trips.

I just received my ePX3500 and have yet to put it to a test. My first impression is ir is sturdy, light weight and suitable for my needs. It met my budget and I'm optimistic it will out perform my expectations. It assembled easily, is compact and a good value.

I bought this to clean the vinyl siding of my house and wash cars. It has done a great job of what is was bought for, but the real bonus was getting a 12" surface attachment to clean our concrete driveway and back slab. It was so quick to do with this attachment. My only complaint is the bottom of the spray gun holster keeps falling off. It seems to be designed to be attached backwards. Other than that, it's a great purchase.
