1st one arrived broken. the second one will only work if you hold the power button. will not buy another one. returning for refund

Seems solid. Packaged well. I plan on using it next weekend, so I hope it works a well as others in the reviews said.

Everything performs as promised. Just wish it had an extendible handle to avoid leaning over to push it around.

Excellent - only drawback is the lance should be about 8" longer so I don't have to stoop over when washing a horizontal surface.
