Product works well. Good features like extra long hose and cord, nozzle storage, big stable wheels. Good pressure and performance under the different nozzles. Sometimes has pressure cycling while using (pump kicks on and off repeatedly) which affects use and is annoying. The bigger issue is the soap tank does not work. It does not pull liquid from the tank when using the washer, so I am unable to use this to wash my car which was 50% of the reason I bought it. I have tried even using pure water in the tank, but it does not pull it into the hose. Will be using the warranty feature to get it fixed/replaced.

I was undecided on how strong a washer I needed. This middle- of-the road model is more than enough for keeping concrete clean and all other household tasks> I was easy to assemble, and it is sturdy and easy to use! Highly recommend. It is impressive considering the low price point.

This pressure washer is incredible. It’s compact and powerful and work great. It gets the job done as well as any pressure washer at this 2,500 psi range. The design is just.brilliant making it easy to use, move around and store. Highly recommend it. Just be mindful to always turn on the water first!.

I purchased my WPX2300e power washer after years of frustration with a 1750 PSI model built by another manufacturer. Wow, what a difference! It was a breeze to assemble. The build quality is very good and, most importantly, it delivers a strong and steady pressure. Changing out the nozzles is so easy and I like the convenient storage location for the nozzles when they're not in use. Consider me a very happy customer.

Definitely more powerful and quieter than my electric 1600 PSI Green Machine. It cleans my cement sidewalk very well and I absolutely love the 4 wheels for maneuverability and stability. I hope it lasts for many years to come. The only minor con is the turbo nozzle (that is included) quit working after about 2 hours of use, but doesn't matter to me, as when it was working, I didn't like the way it cleaned, as I had to go back over the "cleaned" area several times.

I've had this pressure washer for about a month and it has been a marked improvement over my previous machine. Solid construction, great reach on both cord and hose. I am able to actually clean the overhead cross members on my pool screen without a ladder (previously unable to do so).

I love this pressure washer. Very powerful and not too loud. Packs up easy with storage built into the unit and it has a handy sturdy handle on top which makes it easy to carry around. The wheels are nice and give it stability so it wont fall over easily. My only complaint is that the water hose that attaches to the gun gets kinks in it when you are rolling it up to store it. You have to use great care in rolling up this hose so that it does not kink. I think they should have made it out of stronger materials. I had an old electric one for over 20 years and when I discarded it the hose was still great and never got a kink in it. Also the design of the lower gun holster is a problem. To install this holster you push it up into slots on the unit but when you try to push the turbo nozzle into the storage area in this gun holster the pressure you have to do to get the nozzle into the gun holster will push the gun holster off. But overall I am pleased with my purchase. I have ordered another lower gun holster as it looks like something may have broken off the one I got during shipping and perhaps the new one will lock into place allowing you to use the turbo nozzle storage in this holster.

Looked at several power washers and selected this one based upon pricing, features, and accessories to power wash my fence. It had plenty of power using the turbo nosel to strip the grime and make the wood look like it was brand new. Has a nice holder for the power cord. Wish there was some type of fastener to hold the power hose on its holder. Easy to move around and hook up. Has a nice long power cord.

I was shopping around for pressure washers, and I stumbled upon the ePX3500 product description by accident. I began to notice that the ePX3500 was CHEAPER than other models from brands I knew a bit better . . . even though those models had LOWER PSI and GPM than the ePX3500. Being able to get more PSI and more GPM for a cheaper price was an easy decision. "Set up" time was awesome. I wouldn't even call it "set up," however, because it truly is just clicking and snapping a handful of parts into place--all of which took less than 5 minutes. The pressure is really fantastic. I have not run through testing EVERY nozzle thus far, but the 2 or 3 I tested had strong blasting capabilities! Can't wait to really put it to the test with some of my harder projects

It's a great power washer for the money. It's easy to assemble. Long power cord. Please include color descriptions of nozzles for future buyers. It's not in the manual or your website. Had to google it to find out which nozzle does what. Minus a star.
