When putting my electric Pressure Washer together, I discovered that the High Pressure Hose was defective. One end of the hose had melted black plastic covering the threads. The plastic cannot be removed. There is no way to screw the hose into the unit. When I called the company's toll free number, I was informed that I would have to talk to an agent who would contact me in 3 to 5 business days. I would have to explain to the agent the problem I encountered and then wait to see if the agent would agree that a new hose should be sent to me. I have no idea how long it would take for the new hose to be sent to me. Bottom line is that the hose should have been inspected prior to putting it in the box.

My previous electric pressure washer quit the other day .... looking forward to trying this one out as it just came yesterday. The convenience of electric is a huge plus in my book. As technology progresses, electric pressure washers are catching up with the gas powered. 2300 psi here and seeing as much as 3000 psi and above. This is perfect for cleaning a sidewalk and washing our vehicles. Starting with 4 stars but likely will increase to 5 unless we have issues.

Received today, assembly was quick and easy. Already used it to clean our concrete sidewalks and driveway apron as well as our neighbors. I love the compact size it is easy to store. Also like not having to hassle with the maintenance of a gas engine. Very happy with the power for the size of the unit and feel it works as expected.

Purchased this electric power washer after seeing my son in law use his to wash his vehicles. I didn’t know what I was missing all these years, just washing my cars with the hose. This took off grime I didn’t know I had. I’m looking forward to using it around my house for other things to see what it can do.

I got this a day ago and setup was a breeze, nearly didn't need instructions it was so easy. My old cheap electric power washer kept blowing its hose so I decided to get a better one and this was at a great price. I haven't used it very much but plan to use it a lot in the future for cleaning the vehicles, house, and sidewalks. Got some wooden chairs I need to power wash to repaint and this looks to do the job easy. I also noticed that parts and accessories are easy to find and obtain.

I have had an opportunity to use the power washer for several tasks, including cleaning mildew from a driveway and a pool deck. There is plenty of power and the different nozzles really allow you to do whatever you need to. I love the wheels because it makes it easy to move. I've had power washers with only two wheels and you have to move them constantly. Not with the ePX3500. You can keep moving and it follows you.

I previously had a Karcher 200o psi for over 10 years that did a good job, but eventually developed a leak that couldn't be fixed. I looked at a ton of reviews of various pressure washers and decided on the Westinghouse 2300 psi. Overall I am VERY happy with the design and think it's much better than the Karcher its replacing. I like the steel frame over the plastic body of others. It's very lightweight and easy to maneuver. The connectors are solid for the water hoses. The cord and hose storage are perfect.

I've worked in the golf industry and have used a number of different gas and electric power washers over the years. After reading Ryobi reviews, and being a native of Pittsburgh, I knew Westinghouse was the way to go and the price is phenomenal for the performance and convenience.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and it is a good pressure washer so far for its size. I used it to wash the concrete sidewalk and driveway. It removed the mildew and dirt with ease using the 25-degree nozzle and universal pressure washer cleaner. Used the turbo nozzle and 25-degree spray nozzle to wash car and did a great job removing dirt on the wheels. The lower gun holster does not stay in place with the turbo nozzle and with the 14" lance makes the holster come off. The weight of the turbo nozzle slides the lower gun holster off the device. I have yet to see what can be done to make the holster stay. One must disassemble each time the high-pressure hose and the lance to put these items away with the entire device. If one intends to use it a few times a week or every other week it becomes tedious disassembling the hose and lance aside from winding the power cable. The 4-wheels provide a stable balance and pulling it without fear of tipping over. The entire device does not take up much space even with the 4-wheels (15" x 15").

I really like this pressure washer and would have given it 5 stars, except for a couple of things. It's effective and does exactly what I bought it for. Easy to use, no gas or oile to worry about. Assemble, plug in and go. My disappointment is that the soap tank is located below the hook for the power cord. This requires a special effort to add detergent. I found that leaning the washer back helps but, this doesn't allow you to see how much you have added until you lay it back down. I have overfilled it a couple of times. But all in all I am happy with this purchase
