When I first received this chair I loved how it looked. So easy to put together. Got it in the charcoal color. I didn’t find it super comfortable but I like sitting in a chair rather than “on” it. Others in my house loved it. It did not hold up to our teenage girls flopping in it to sit down and talk. The design of the chair is a little flimsy. We only had it 2.5 months and it broke. If it’s for guests or people who sit properly- will probably be fine.

I am very pleased with my purchase of this chair. I bought two of them to replace a couple of worn 20 year old chairs. The new chairs appear to be very well built and are comfortable. There is some assembly required (the feet need to be screwed on and the back of the chair slides easily on to the attached mounting brackets), but the assembly is straight forward and took about 10 minutes per chair. I think the way the chair was disassembled from the manufacturer helped to protect the chair during shipping. If I had to make any complaints it might be that after 20 years my old chairs were well formed to my backside and it may take a while for the new chairs cushions to be molded just right.

Photos reflect item well. Looks pretty nice. Sits comfortably. VERY good value, as I purchased it 'on sale'. Keep in mind this is not a $1000 chair, but fine for the money with all the quality features. Wish the seat were removable. Would prefer more padding on the back. Photos in ad appear plusher.

Could be a great chair but I didn’t put together. After opening & seeing the color is completely different than the picture I was extremely disappointed!!! The color is a darker grey with a greenish like tint. According to the picture the light grey was closer to a beige color online. Now I have to return 2 chairs & start over looking again.

Chair is too firm not as relaxing as I’d hoped. When chair is reclined the head section is too far back, cannot view TV. The material is a bit scratchy on forearms, especially when trying to manually lean the chair back. I had hoped for more comforting this chair provides.

We purchased two of these chairs for a living room. Even though they will not be used every day, we still expected chairs that looked like they were of good quality. The bottom foot rest that pops out isn't centered in the chair and the top back of the chair has about a 1" gap from the top of the arm. I tried calling their customer service line and no one answered. Even though we got the chairs on sale I still don't think they were worth the price.

We purchased 2 of these chairs for our living room. They were easy to put together. You just screw on the legs and the back slides down on brackets. The wife put them together since I had just had back surgery. They’re well made and very comfortable.

Both chairs had workmanship flaws and they were uncomfortable.

Beautiful and comfortable chair! We ordered two for our master bedroom and love them!
