Powers my furnace, sump, refigerator, freezer and hot tub when the power goes out. And I think there is power to spare !! Very pleased.

My husband is the main user of this but if he's not home I know that I can handle it. It has a very powerful motor that allows us to use multiple tools at one time and not have to worry about a drop in the power. Another benefit, it starts up with one pull (I love that)! The noise consistency is at a medium level, there is no smell and it ran smoothly throughout multiple projects. having 120/240 volts are a fantastic feature along with other amenities such as, hour/minute display, ac breaker and the fuel gauge. I expect this will last is a very long time!

Great generator...Electric start is easy to use and starts right up..I bought this with the internet for my wife to use if the power goes out and I'm not home. Only gripe I have us with customer service.My generator was supposed to come with a 25 Amp extension cord and it didn't. I talked to 2 service reps who claimed they sent the cord.Still have not seen the extension cord.Besides for customer support,I love the generator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 3600 Generator is really great. First I love that it comes on wheels so that when the husband is not home I can maneuver it by myself.. I like that it I gas powered only so when we have rough Oklahoma weather and the electric goes off I still have a way to have some power. Make sure you read the instructions for set up before you start your generator. I love how it is easy to use and easy to store! I got mine free from the TRYIT program but you can get yours where Generac is sold.

This is definitely one of, if not, the best generator Ive owned. The crank is a little hard to pull at first but the operation and output is tremendous. Lots of additional outlets and the ease of adding fuel (with the tank being centered on top) makes this a great find.

Living in Metro Detroit I unfortunately have the regional power supplier as my electric utility. Unfortunately the power is just a bit less reliable than it is in Afghanistan. After numerous outages and a ridiculous amount of damage I bought this generator. Unboxed it, put the frame and wheels together, added the oil and gasoline and it starts on the first pull (actually not even a pull - just a tug after the starter engaged). Light enough for me to lift myself, and with the wheels it is easily mobile. More than enough power to run the sump pump, freezer, and refrigerator for short spells during the numerous outages I experience. Extremely easy to use and maintain. It is unfortunate I need to own something like this at all, but since I do I doubt I could do better. Do the scheduled maintenance and it is always ready and should last indefinitely. Given the track record of the local utility they should be required to provide one for every customer.

I really like the product, however the Owner's Manual and installation was hard to read and did not adequality explain and was hard to follow. The Unit id Label was hard to read because it was too close below the generator. It would be better with larger illustrations and more views.

Bought during a power outage and brought power back to my house very quickly. Assembly is simple and straightforward. Generator has started first pull and still starts very well with the included electric start. pushes a lot of power so nominal rating is not overrated. a bit noisy but I was amazed to see how little gas it used. Not the cheapest, but quality is top.

I bought this generator to run sewerage ejector pumps at a townhouse complex in case of a power failure. After un crating it I've decided to purchase another unit for my own house for standby use. For the price you can't beat it. Who cares if it never gets used.

bought this unit, and had a major issue with it before it even had any hours on. I contacted customer support and had the issue resolved with one phone call. They sent out the parts right away, without any problems. now the unit runs perfectly. very happy with this purchase.
