This generator is so Great ,, All the stores can't keep them in stock!! It took me to Illinois to where I found a warehouse that had in stock to find. Powers the whole house. Great Product!

Just Purchased. Set up was easy and easy start up. I am a lady and had no problem. e have 2 storms coming to us at one time. Marco and then Laura. That is reason for purchasing it.

Bought my generac out of state and brought it home, put some gas in it, checked the oil, read the instructions and hooked up the battery, just touched the starter and it took off...

I cannot get it started I filled oil and gas turned switch on full choke turned gas on pulled chord and it will not fire. Turned choke off pulled some more and still will not fire. I exchanged my first one for same reason. What am I doing wrong?

Bought it for power outages and works great. Just ran it 24 hours continuously with no issues. Easy on gas at low to medium loads. Haven't run it long for big loads.

I have a 5500 I could always depend on but since I have had some lung problems I bought a larger one with electric start. It means a lot to know you can depend on it when needed.

Bought this unit to upgrade from a 15 year old 5500 . Have used generac portable units for several years and have never been disappointed I would recommend generac to anyone looking for portable power

Easy to put together and it started right up. Got a great deal on the internet. I have heard and read that Generac is the way to go. Now I hope I don't have to use it.

Purchased this unit to replace my old craftsman...so far very well built...ease of starting..couldnt do without albert ..we name an date all appliances...fyi.
