I used it when I made Pizza, typically I prefer the 5# block of Mozzarella, but you don't stock it at my Sam's Club. It doesn't brown well when baking. Bring back the 5# blocks PLEASE AND THANK YOU.

This cheese is really good. Much easier than shredding the cheese yourself. It tends to get caked together in the corners of the bag and sometimes develops mold if it sits in my refrigerator for a few weeks. I think I would put a bag in my freezer if I had to do it over again. Otherwise, this is pretty good quality mozzarella cheese.

Its all I ever use on pizza. Comes in 2 1lb packs which is convenient. I usually make 3 pizzas at a time, and 1lb covers that pretty easily. Yeah yeah, you will hear that you shouldn't use pre-grated cheese, but I've had no complaints and don't spend the time grating.
