NEED TO KEEP COLD

Awesome product

Normally purchase low moisture mozzarella from a competitor but tried this for homemade pizzas. Was not the quality I expected. The pizza was a bit soggier and saltier than usual. I'll pass in this brand in the future. And no I don't use Kraft.

Not what I was expecting

My family will only use this cheese. Takes a bit longer to melt, but allows to slow cook when combining with Vegetables that require a bit more cooking. Flavor is great but price could be better. 2lb block or shredded of same product run for almost same price.
