Thought this was too much but found so many good uses for this cheese.

I didn't like the taste. The cheese had too much powder coating on it.

Dr said if I was gonna eat cheese it need to be mozzarella. And this mozzarella is super good.

Melts perfectly, also good on salads.

Perfect for lasagna, no longer have to grate a cheese ball, taste delicious.
