Beat cheese ever! Great on anything or just by itself great strong taste. Amazing on a grilled cheese with some tomato and a little mayo.

I always keep a block of this in my fridge. Its or as well and I find that it's easy to work with I'll eat it alone or will add to my vegetables

I love using this cheese because even if it is finely shredded it is still a thicker cheese and gives you a good amount.

I love purchasing is cheese in bulk as I can freeze half and shred the other half as needed. Plus who doesn’t love lots of cheese!! :)
