I always keep a block of this in my fridge. Its or as well and I find that it's easy to work with I'll eat it alone or will add to my vegetables

My favorite cheese ever. Such great flavor! Sharp cheddar is super yummy too!! It does cost a little bit more but I think it is worth it.
