Creamy, and excellent tasting. I would be willing to pay just a little bit more if it was grass-fed though. Price is on point.

I love purchasing is cheese in bulk as I can freeze half and shred the other half as needed. Plus who doesn't love lots of cheese!! :) 

Love this cheese! The flavor is always great and you can tell its high quality. Slices easily, melts well, great on crackers!

Tillamook cheese is delicious and I like a good flavorful cheese when serving crackers and cheese or apple slices and cheese.

This is the best melting cheese for a grilled cheese. Sourdough bread some basil on the outside and slow cook it. Simply delish!

I really should stop eating cheese but I love it too much. Really enjoy the smoothness and bold flavor. Melts good too.
