This is the best flavored, smoothest cheese around! I love both the medium and sharp cheddar varieties. It goes great over any meat, it melts down great for nachos and adds great flavor to salads and tacos.

I like medium cheddar cheese the most . It's right in the middle, not too sharp, not too smooth ., I always liked tillamook. They have great cheeses! I love Colby jack , that's my fave . But this is so good by itself or especially melted!

Call me a true a true Oregonian if you will but tillamook cheese is my favorite. Texture is firm not the rubbery of others nice clean natural taste and my whole family loves it. My son won't eat any other kind.
