My go to brand for block of medium cheddar. Goes will with most everything. I love shredding it on top of my food and using in baking. Melts well. Had full bodied flavor. Reasonably priced.

Bricks of mild cheddar are my favorite! It's so nice to have a couple of these in my fridge in case I run out of slices or shredded. The smaller size definitely goes quick but the big bricks are so expensive it's hard to buy them all the time.

You could taste the richness in this cheese. It's the best cheese too melt or too cute up and eat it alone. I'm obsessed with it. It's easy to grate and it's the best topper to everything! I always have this in my fridge.
