[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This family hub is magnificent. It has several great features. It has 4 types of ice - cubed, ice bites, curved and crushed. It is WiFi enabled, has door alarm and a stainless steel finish. The hub has great functionality. I was able to use the recipe app to make breakfast. I added pictures and videos and listened to my playlist while cooking. The refrigerator is smaller than the one we had but seems like it has more space at 25 cu ft.

The light is very bright, especially at night time and the fridge and freezer compartments both cool very well - adjustable temps thru the app. The family hub had an update which was nice. Overall, so far I like it.

Inside the fridge is small, there is not enough room for tall stuff in the shelves, you have to put them on the side doors. I also don’t like how the left door doesn’t close very well. Also, the water dispenser is placed too far out, so if you have a small cup, you’ll get water all over the fridge.

The Samsung 30 cu ft Mega Capacity 3 Door French Door with Family Hub in stainless steel is perfect for families. Very spacious, modern, and practical. To start the finger print resistance with 4 little ones is a life saver, no need to wipe down constantly especially since those little hands are constantly grabbing snacks through out the day. Along with those little hands someone's bound to leave a door open and the 2min alarm is a great add to a busy household for getting it closed again and again. In this busy household my favorite part of this fridge though is the Samsung SmartThings app this mom always forgets what's in her fridge well running grocery errands and to pull up the app and check what in the fridge at that very moment is wonderful(means less trips to the store) anyways this fridge is beautiful inside with its amazing lighting and outside with the family hub giving you access to many apps and the kids drawings! Definitely have not been disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Refrigerator is making noise. Not sure what this is noise is for? Is it for Fan motor for CPU cooling inside the Digital screen or something else? Not sure though. But this noise is distrubing and this noise comes intermittently.

I went grocery shopping the next day .You know you're old when you get excited for a refrigerator.Who knew having a smart refrigerator was going to be SO awesome .My five favorite thing on hub is customize screens,Amazon dash buttons, listen to music , calendar and shopping list & recipes. What's cool is how the doors work. Even if you don't have much space, the doors open smoothly. Those French-style doors are awesome because I can put frozen stuff in without any fuss. Now, let me tell you about the best part: the Family Hub. It's like a window into the fridge. It can show me what's inside and guess what? It already knows what's in there! And here's the fun part—it talks to Alexa and can control my other smart gadgets. Changing the temperatures is easy too, just a tap on the screen. And it's super roomy inside—it's like a big 25-cubic-foot space for all your food. Installing it was a piece of cake. The technicians brought it in without any trouble, and they didn't even need to take the front door off. They just moved the water pipe from the old fridge to the new one. It took about a day to get really cold. As for the doors, they open smoothly and close nicely, but I wish they were even tighter to keep the cold air inside. Inside, there are three racks you can move up or down. That's handy for taller items like milk cans. And the side doors have three shelves each, so there's a lot of space. There's a big drawer for vegetables and a smaller one for herbs. The best part? This fridge doesn't make much noise—it's pretty quiet. Overall, I'm happy with this fridge. It fits well, works great, and makes my kitchen quieter and cooler.
