I bought this fridge after my last Samsung fridge finally died after 12 years. I've had the new fridge for 3 months now. I like it, but i can tell things now and days are cheaply made. The side area of the fridge where we can put magnets gets easily scratched. Any little thing scratches it. My last fridge that last 12 years was not like that. That's the only thing I will complain about.

We have this Same Fridge with the hub had it less than 2 years and its already javing issues cooling. Samsung only give you a 1 year warranty and then a year with Assurant which os only 2 years so thatnk God thos started acting up before the 2 year warranty was up. The repairman vouldnt fix it but i got all my money back due to the warranty. I also have their microwave which had to be repaired the same year i got it because it stop heating but almost 2 years no problem with the dishwasher and stove. Stay away from their appliances.

We had an issue with our fridge, Samsung sent a repair team out under our warranty coverage to repair it. The repair team deemed it irreparable, which apparently is the extent of the warranty coverage! “Welp, we tried!”. Now we have no fridge! We went outside of Samsung to see if an independent repair team could fix it (they couldn't) and the tech said that far and away they see more Samsung repair calls than any other brand. Wish we'd known that before buying ours. This will be our last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a very nice product and it is very convenient to be able to look in the fridge when you're not at home to see what's in there. The down side to this, it doesn't view what's in the doors and it identifies things very poorly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best thing about this fridge is the size, It is huge inside, and the shelves are solid, easy to configure, and easy to keep clean. There is no shortage of freezer space, and the separate shelves helps a lot with organization. I love the two different sizes of ice in the icemaker. The smart features are nice, but I use them a lot less frequently than I thought I would. I have one complaint, and it's the water dispenser. For a refrigerator with so many smart features, you'd hope that the water dispenser would have smart features as well. I've had fridges over 10 years ago that offered measured dispensing as a feature, and it is sorely missed in this fridge. Also, because the nozzle is hidden from view, it is hard to line up things like water bottles and we often spray water all over the place. A swing-out nozzle for filling water bottles and pots would be a huge improvement.
