[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is a great and efficient upgrade. It definitely makes me feel like I’m using a lot less energy because it’s just more efficient overall. My most-used setting on this dryer is just the normal dry mode because it dries my clothes very effectively but also does so efficiently. I used to have issues with my old dryer leaving clothes basically still soaking wet after a whole cycle so this was a big (and great) change for me. I feel like it does a noticeably better job at catching lint and pet hair compared to my old one, and as a pet owner, this feature has saved me a lot of lint-rolling time. I use the app a lot less for the dryer vs the washer, but it’s still very helpful to have a notification when the clothes are dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got this Samsung dryer and it's been a game changer. For starters, any pet owner will appreciate the Pet Care Dry. The Steam Sanitize+ feature is a blessing. My clothes not only come out smelling fresh but also wrinkle-free. It's like having a personal steamer. Plus, with flu season and all, knowing that my clothes get sanitized is an added peace of mind. The look is great. Super sleek and looks great in our downstairs laundry room which is the same as our bathroom. Everyone had to see the clunkers we used to have in there, but now they are not an eye sore. Lastly, the Sensor Dry is an unsung hero. It's smart enough to know when your clothes are perfectly dry, saving them from getting overcooked. All in all, I'm super pleased. It's efficient, smart, and takes care of all my drying needs. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the large capacity. I also like that it can sense how dry everything is and stop it at whatever dryness level you specify. I don't really sense any vibrations when it is running. It's very large, so it can dry blankets, pillows and even comforters. The app is just neat in that I can see how much electricity I used. I can also start the dryer remotely with the app which can be convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the new Samsung washer and dryer set for a few weeks and I can confidently say, this is by far, the best washer and dryer we have ever owned. We still have a lot to learn since they are capable of so much more than one could ever dream of. I love the size of the dryer, I can dry one load that used to take me three loads. There is 12 pre-set drying cycles, but download the SmartThings app and you can send additional cycles directly to your machine. I love how quiet this dryer is. If the app didn’t notify me that the drying cycle had finished I wouldn’t be able to tell by listening. Having two dogs, I absolutely love the pet care cycle! Any possible pet odor becomes non-existent. I love that the dryer has Sensor Dry capability, which helps cut back on over drying and helps save energy, too. I highly recommend this dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this dryer does the job. One positive is it is very large, big enough to dry pillows and comforters. I like how you can look through the door to see your laundry. The clothes come out dry according to the dryness level. Unfortunately, you can't program it to start or end at a certain time which is a real negative. Although I know the reason is because they feel people shouldn't be leaving damp clothes sitting in a pile, I can tell you I've left clothes sitting for hours or even half a day, and, if it's not too hot, they still smell fine. The reason this matters is that this would allow me to start drying in the middle of the night to take advantage of lower electricity rates. Now, like with my old dryer, I just have to get up in the middle of the night to press start. In regards to the app, in order to start the dryer, it needs to already be turned on. Why can't the app turn it on? I do find it neat that you can find out how much electricity you used. All in all, it seems to be a decent dryer. Time will tell how reliable it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Large capacity, can handle large blankets. Really like the fact that to water for steam drying is hooked up to the water supply. No need to fill reservoir anymore. Just getting to know how it will perform over time.Pet care setting did make dog blanket smell fresh. Not sure how that works exactly right now.

Bought my dryer last year and already it has a bad gas valve. been talking with them all day and they wont send me a new one because its a year over the warranty. Really, its literally been 1 year and 3 months and they can send me a replacement part free of charge without trying to get me to pay for a Samsung service call which I'm pretty sure is going to be high to compensate for the free part

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pet Care Dry feature really helps cut down on fur and odors—perfect for my two dogs. The Steam Sanitize option is great for freshening up bedding, gym clothes, and more. It dries fast, runs quiet, and handles big loads with ease. If you’ve got pets or want extra-clean laundry, this is a great pick!
