My favorite washer & Dryer

I must say I love my Samsung washer and dryer omg it's amazing it does everything from sending me a message when my clothes are done washing & drying I can't believe how quite it is I love the wrinkle guard on the dryer and the washer will send me a text letting me know it's time to clean it there's nothing I don't like about my Samsung washer and dryer!! It's beautiful and smart I love the smart app it's so easy to use by the way!! Thanks Samsung

Dryer

My favorite dryer

My other washer and dryer was also Samsung, 0 issues with those also they're 8 years old but due to moving I had to sale them, how ever this lead me to buy the pet care washer and dryer wow totally amazing super happy with this purchase!!!

Lots of room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Given the size, capacity is perfect if not too much (in a good way) to dry clothes. I love the navy blue color design. So many features on the dryer and have only used normal and quick dry. Quick dry still needs improvement though it may possibly be user error? Items weren't fully dry, which I was aware from other user reviews. Overall - so far so good. Technology hasn't been tapped in yet.

Crying over broken glass

I'll say this much... the dryer looks fantastic. I really don't have much else to say though. It was just delivered and while running through the initial "burn-in" run by the installers the inner glass shattered. After doing a bit of searching on the Samsung site it appears this is a very common issue with this model dating as far back as 2020. Now ask me why, in 2026, Samsung still hasn't addressed this problem. Now I have to wait another week for someone to replace the glass door. And then hope it doesn't happen again. I'm shocked that Samsung isn't doing more to provide safety and assurance to their customers.

Won't dry clothes

This has got to be the worst dryer I have ever used. There is a button that ask how dry you want your clothes. If you chose the highest setting for dryness, you will still have wet spots on them. The only way to get your clothes dry in this model is to set the dryer on Amount of Time.
