My favorite washer & Dryer

I must say I love my Samsung washer and dryer omg it's amazing it does everything from sending me a message when my clothes are done washing & drying I can't believe how quite it is I love the wrinkle guard on the dryer and the washer will send me a text letting me know it's time to clean it there's nothing I don't like about my Samsung washer and dryer!! It's beautiful and smart I love the smart app it's so easy to use by the way!! Thanks Samsung

Dryer

So far, so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this on a Black Friday deal as we also needed a washer, so we bought the set. The large capacity easily handles a king comforter and x-large dog bedding. The pet setting seems to work well in removing pet hair.

Thoroughly not impressed.

For starters, everything comes out of this dryer slightly damp. You cannot use the sensor or normal load to get anything thoroughly dry. I've tested it with normal size loads small loads and oversized loads. Every single one comes out slightly damp. Yes my vent is clean and the dryer duct is thoroughly pumping outside. I even ran a blockage check and it came back that everything was good. This happened the very first load it ever dried and everyone since then. The other big complaint is how easy it is to scratch the surface of the dryer. I have a cardboard box of [redacted] dryer sheets that sits on top of the dryer. That cardboard box has scratched the metal surface quite thoroughly. What cheap paint did Samsung use to allow cardboard to scratch it? I would also like to point out that I find it odd that this dryer is called a top loader when clearly it loads in the front. I attached a picture directly from their website to show what I mean. I also noticed a large majority of depositive reviews are "incentive reviews" take a note that mine is not. And then most of the negative ones are not.

Won't dry clothes

This has got to be the worst dryer I have ever used. There is a button that ask how dry you want your clothes. If you chose the highest setting for dryness, you will still have wet spots on them. The only way to get your clothes dry in this model is to set the dryer on Amount of Time.

Faulty dryer customer support refuses to replace

Bought this dryer in August 2025. Have had repairs for the same error (HC) twice most recently on January 9th, 2026. Yesterday (January 22nd) the same error has occurred and the dryer does not have any heat. I have already been inconvenienced twice by customer service to get the same repair done twice and now its expected I have to go through this process a third time for a dryer that is less than 6 months old. This product is pathetic and the customer service is no better. I have been battling with customer support to simply replace the unit as breaking multiple times in less than 6 months of purchase so signify replacement status. As a very loyal Samsung user it is beyond unacceptable to be put through the same repairs with no fix in sight. I just wish customer support would understand that this unit is simply faulty and needs to be fully replaced. It is sad how poor the customer service has gotten.
