So far so good. I love this heater. It's quiet and gives off a lot of heat. It was very easy to attach the stand. No tools were needed. I would definitely recommend it.

Didn’t work as designed

The heater looks great. It has temperature settings, timer and it turns. My issue with it is that the velocity or force of the air coming out of the fan is very weak. It takes a while to heat up a space even when set on high. It also makes a weird noise every 30 minutes or so when it's on but has already reached your desired temperature. I believe it's trying to figure out whether to turn on again. It'll make the noise for about 20 seconds then nothing. It wakes me up at night when I sleep with it on. My previous Lasko heater was smaller but packed more of a punch and heated the area faster. It also didn't make strange noises. I'll probably be going back to my older model. I'm quite disappointed and wish someone would of pointed this out in the reviews before I purchased this item.

Bought this earlier in the year used daily for about 2 months and loved it. Used it today and it lasted about an hour mins, beeped and shut off. Room temp was felt nice and warm. About 5 hours later room was cold. I tried all buttons, no response. Even unplugged and plugged it back in, nothing but a beep every time I push the on/off button. Guess I'll look for a different brand.

Just recently purchased this product January 2023 and the smell was absolutely toxic and horrible and then the plug literally melted Luckily discovered this before our house caught on fire. REMOVE THIS DEFECTIVE PRODUCT FROM ALL STORES, VERY DANGEROUS If you have this Lasko heater I would advise not continuing to use it and return it for a refund Not worth the obvious fire hazard risks

The mini heater I bought that is 1/3 the size and 1/2 the price does 10x more than this thing. Returning it as soon as possible. It has done nothing. You can’t feel anything if you are more than 6 inches away. It does not warm the room at all. Piece of junk.

My husband and I bought this tower wanting to help heat up our living room...we realized two things one it does not heat up very well after 3 days and two it almost cost us or home...the outlet that it was plugged in caught on fire...the only thing that was plugged in both sockets was a small lamp and this lasko tower...luckily it did not spread...please know that this tower uses high voltage and if you have anything else plugged it may overheat and catch fire...if you decide to purchase please read how much electricity is uses and don't have anything else plugged the same outlet

This heater is warm. It distributes heat nicely and will warm up a smaller room quickly. However, for 2 reasons I can’t recommend this heater. #1- the base is small and it tips easily, and the exterior of the heater does get very hot. It’s not what I would consider “cool touch”. It will burn. Which leads me to #2- there is no automatic turn off feature for when it does tip. Those two things make this heater too dangerous for me to use in my home. Wish I had gone with something else.

Inexpensive but the cost is the new ceramic plates emit "unfriendly" off-gases. I set it up, opened a window and turned it on for a few hours. Put it to work that night and for four nights more. I have asthma and have been working out a medicinal routine to free my lungs and was showing progress to abate the symptoms. Which fueled my surprise when after performing the simple act of climbing the stairs I ran out of air. I was gasping to no relief. I thought I was going to pass out. took a while to identify the heater. Have it in a ventilated room and leave it on all night. When the gasses have dissipated I will return it to work. It was fun to play with the remote.

I bought this and expected so much more out of it. The fan on high seems to run at the same speed as the low setting. There really doesn't seem to be a difference. I have older models and they blow much better and the throw seems to go farther. I sat about three feet away from this one and could barely feel it. I'm going to return it for a refund.
