Aquafina water is the best tasting and cleanest bottled water. But the new bigger caps are hard to grip and twist off for us ladies with small to medium hands. I can imagine it’s difficult for kids and elders trying to open the bottle as well. I don’t care for the bigger drinking spout but would tolerate it for the water itself. But I’m afraid the cap issue is going to be a deal breaker for me.

It’s ridiculous you can’t even twist off the cap because they made it so small and flimsy so in order to open the bottle you have to grip it with actual pliers because hands are too large to grip the plastic cap and water shoots everywhere. The entire bottle is so cheap now where I dropped one of the bottles from my kitchen counter and the bottle busted. I’m so sure they really cut back on their production cost by the new cap redesign!!! This is crazy I have to switch brands Picture comparison to a regular hair tie

i would by 4 to 5 a month. The price has gone up from $6.98 a pack of 32 to this ridiculous new price literally overnight. Just greed. im boycotting olit and passing it on. im tired of all these million n billionares cheating us n laughing all the way to the bank.

Was not delivered to my door but left three flights down. Water bottles were broken. I called and wa sprouted to a warehouse who asked me for a Win number that was not even on my receipt. Since I couldn’t locate the number, the automated system hung up on me. I never got an apology or reimbursed for the damaged delivery. So disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a nice looking bottle, but the caps are cheaply made. They're always difficult to take off! They'll just spin!! Then they will NOT tighten completely!!! The water might come out if the bottle is laid down or falls!!

I hope this goes to aquafina. 1st you were on the list for using HEK 293. absolutely disgusting. 2nd what the heck?!! Flimsy bottle and tiny cap. My hands hurt. I lack grip. You and dasani were the last ones with a good cap. Now don't squeeze while you twist. Honestly, what water is even safe to drink? You are extremely disappointing. Money over people. Blame it on vanguard and blackrock. What do you give your children? That's what I want.

Used to love Aquafina until they change the bottles and the Caps the Caps are hard to get off and once you do get him up and the water spills all over you if you have an elderly person or someone disciple they cannot open these new bottles with the teeny tiny little cat the whole bottle is flimsy I have stopped buying and went to something different! I would definitely buy again if they would go back to the normal bottle caps everybody's gettin money hungry and making a poor quality product!

Aquafina water tastes great and I have no complaints related to that. I am a plus member and this item is eligible for shipping and Desani is not. HOWEVER, despite the fact that I am a plus member, the shipping was $6.28 and the water only cost $4.38. Sam's Club did not deceive me ; the prices are right on everything - I just didn't notice until later. For this simple reason, I won't order this, again.

The plastic is so cheap and thin it won't stand up on its own. The bottom of the bottle is not flat like it's supposed to be. See picture for example. With this being said, the bottle tips over. Worst quality bottle I have ever seen. I will no longer continue to buy this water as a direct result of this quality control issue. What good is a bottle that won't stand up on its own? Talk about what once was a great product that went down hill.

Aquafina is the only brand I buy or maybe I need to say used to buy. It has a far better flavor than any other brand of bottled water. But despite the fact that they have it in stock, Walmart will not let me add it to my cart any more -- not even when I am standing in the store looking at it. They are too heavy for me to lift and for years now I have ordered them and just keep in the car until I can use part of the pack and reduce the weight.
