Used to love Aquafina until they change the bottles and the Caps the Caps are hard to get off and once you do get him up and the water spills all over you if you have an elderly person or someone disciple they cannot open these new bottles with the teeny tiny little cat the whole bottle is flimsy I have stopped buying and went to something different! I would definitely buy again if they would go back to the normal bottle caps everybody's gettin money hungry and making a poor quality product!

I expected the Aquafina 32 bottles to be the same as Aquafina 24 bottles that I have been using for years; but, unfortunately there is a difference. The plastic bottles are not the same quality. They are much thinner and not as strong. In addition, they are too heavy for a single person to lift into the house. The driver left them on the front porch.

Live this brand, I live this clean taste. Really appreciate that there is not a skunkish aftertaste with this brand. Taste the same both at room temperature as it does cold. I was used to a different brand in Florida that is not available here in Pennsylvania so very happy with being able to finding a replacement to satisfy my hydration needs.

I love the water. That tiny blue bottle top is ridiculous. Most of the tops don't close tight. They just keep going 'round and 'round. Walmart, get rid of those tiny blue bottle tops. Keep the normal size tops. I'm pretty sure, I'm not the only one complaining about this.

I hope this goes to aquafina. 1st you were on the list for using HEK 293. absolutely disgusting. 2nd what the heck?!! Flimsy bottle and tiny cap. My hands hurt. I lack grip. You and dasani were the last ones with a good cap. Now don't squeeze while you twist. Honestly, what water is even safe to drink? You are extremely disappointing. Money over people. Blame it on vanguard and blackrock. What do you give your children? That's what I want.

I always buy Aquafina water by the case. Never had a problem with it until the last case. Every bottle that I've opened smells strongly of chlorine. Not drinking that and am currently shopping for a new brand. I would rate it ZERO if I could because it's totally undrinkable!

The plastic is so cheap and thin it won't stand up on its own. The bottom of the bottle is not flat like it's supposed to be. See picture for example. With this being said, the bottle tips over. Worst quality bottle I have ever seen. I will no longer continue to buy this water as a direct result of this quality control issue. What good is a bottle that won't stand up on its own? Talk about what once was a great product that went down hill.

I used to buy this because it tastes like nothing (as it should) and it had the normal sized caps. Now it has the tiny caps that are hard to open and don't seal back very good. Off to find another brand with normal caps. I WILL NEVER BUY THESE AGAIN UNLESS THE CAPS ARE CHANGED BACK.

I specifically bought this product because of the bottle shape. The photo shows punts on the base of the bottle which makes the bottle more stable. However, I received bottles that have flat bottoms which tend to deform and make the bottles less stable.

I love the taste of Aquafina. A few other comparable brands names have an off taste. I only have one issue, the bottles are very soft & crush easily. The fact that the company took out the cardboard base from the car is very annoying since the bottles don't stand up& fall over easily. If this doesn't change, I'll start buying Fiji. Square bottles don't tip as easily as round bottles. Bring back the cardboard!
