The caliper /thickness of the bottle made a big difference. Now it's thin and flimsy like the store bottles. The water tastes different as a result. Furthermore, they have a cheap bottle to cut costs, sacrificed quality, and much to the consumers' surprise they kept the price higher!, They took away any reason to not buy the store brand in the future. Same thing!

Always have bought Aquafina purified drinking water. This time a noticeable change in the bottle design and the cap. But also a musty taste to the water. The bottles appear to be over-filled and the water in contact with the new, smaller caps. It is speculated that the musty taste is coming from the caps. The caps-rinsing system at the bottling machine may not be working as well as the system for rinsing the old, larger caps. There was never a taste problem with the old bottles and caps. But the water in the new bottles has a definite taste problem. I would say bring back the old bottles and caps, but that probably will not happen. I hesitate to buy water in these new bottles with the smaller caps until the taste problem is corrected. I worked at a water bottling plant for a couple of years and believe that the stale taste could be due to the bottle and cap rinsing process. Hopefully, it is not from bottling stale water.

I love Aquafina I have purchased 2 or 3 cases every month for years I don't like any water that has the taste of metals in it. So I am delighted that I can get Aquafina because we have water that is hard on our pipes turns bath tubs %26 stools brown %26 eats away the finish it also makes my kidneys hurt if I have to drink it. So please keep up the great job you're doing supplying us with such great tasting %26 good for us.

Out of all the water bottle types they have for sale, Aquafina makes the sturdiest bottles. Most of the others start to crumple while Aquafina bottles retain their shape. Thus, I don't have to put a half drank bottle away and come back later to find it compacted and with a hole in it. Tastes like water. That's nice too.

I do not like the new caps on the bottles. They are so small that it is hard to grip it to open it. I purposely ordered your brand because the last order I received was with the regular size cap but this order now had the small cap. Not very user friendly, especially for older adults with less strong grips.

One of the reasons, my sister and I like Aquafina is because the bottle cap was taller than other bottled water manufacturers. This made it easier to unscrew the cap. Without any notice, I ordered The Aquafina again and to my surprise, with no notice, the bottle cap is almost half the size of what it used to be, which makes it extremely difficult to open. It is ergonomically horrible !!

I love this water, it is very refreshing and for the price it is very good, I try to have some boxes in my house, and I have recommended it to my friends and they also love it, I really appreciate that they have it in the store since in a few weeks that I have gone they have not had it.

I have always loved Aquafina water because its a clean taste and the bottles are not paper thin like the cheaper store brands. However, the last ones i bought now have tiny cheap lids like the store brands do. They are terrible to get off, dont screw on well and leak terribly. I will be switching to a brand that has better packing. Disappointed is the new lids.

I specifically bought this product because of the bottle shape. The photo shows punts on the base of the bottle which makes the bottle more stable. However, I received bottles that have flat bottoms which tend to deform and make the bottles less stable.

It seems like they've made the bottles a bit sturdier, and they aren't filling them to the brim, so that the water doesn't squeeze out because of the flimsy bottles. And this time they've used big caps, which are great for people with arthritis in their hands.
