The bottle quality is not as good as it used to be and as such I will not buy it from Sams because of it. I'll pay more if I have to for the better/stronger bottle - same quality of water, better quality container.

I am a vending operator. The new bottle design does not work in pop machines. The product Sam's recommends does not work in pop machines either. All vending operators I have spoken to have switched suppliers the same as I have. Steve

Tired of bottles that won't even stand up because of the environmental plastic. I get using less plastic but at least make them be able to stand up so they don't roll all over or spill

AVOID ANY CASES MARKED 'ECO FINA'. Bottles are flimsy, messy, and do NOT have flat bottoms. Fall over or wont stand up at all. Sadly, great water but can even be dangerous when bottle falls into other things or electronics. Do better Aquafina!!

I have very hard well water. So I buy water to drink. I like Aquafina however they have changed their bottles. I understand using less plastic however now the bottles don’t stand up by themselves. They tip over all the time.

They are now making the bottles thinner, might as well switch to a cheaper brand. That’s really what I plan to do. Switch brands. Who wants a bottle that collapses and makes a ton of noise while you’re drinking?

You probably know by now that there was a capping problem with the Aquafina 16oz. bottles. I had quite a few that leaked some or all of the water out of the bottle. I have bought 10 cases in the last t two weeks and everyone of them had multiple bottles that were not and would not seal closed when the cap was screwed on. Very messy and aggravating!

I was surprised and disappointed by the Aquafina bottles delivered by Walmart. These are not the same bottles used by every other retailer: the plastic is thinner and makes more noise when the bottle is used, and the cap is thinner and harder to hold. I assume going cheaply is why Walmart’s price is lower than other retailers but the quality of Aquafina bottles over other brands is exactly why I prefer this brand. I don’t know if I’ll ever order Aquafina from Walmart again. It’s not worth the money saved.

I love this water, it is very refreshing and for the price it is very good, I try to have some boxes in my house, and I have recommended it to my friends and they also love it, I really appreciate that they have it in the store since in a few weeks that I have gone they have not had it.

I love Aquafina I have purchased 2 or 3 cases every month for years I don't like any water that has the taste of metals in it. So I am delighted that I can get Aquafina because we have water that is hard on our pipes turns bath tubs %26 stools brown %26 eats away the finish it also makes my kidneys hurt if I have to drink it. So please keep up the great job you're doing supplying us with such great tasting %26 good for us.
