Bottles made so cheaply now that lids don’t unscrew. Only way to open is to bang on counter like biscuit roll with lid shooting across kitchen %26 water everywhere, 1/4 bottle spilled. I tried Dasani %26 they don’t do this %26 you can actually collapse the empty bottle to save space in trash %26 unlike Aquafina, when recapped-air or water doesn’t leak out. After 25 years I switched since the Aquafina bottle quality is nonexistent.

The water is fine but the bottles are so thin and flimsy that I find it impossible to open one up without squeezing water all over me. If I hold the bottle tight enough to unscrew the top I get soaked. I understand cost cutting and saving on product packaging, but these bottles are just too thin. Not just Aquafina but others as well. Ughhh!

The water itself is good but I'm going to switch to a different brand because they started putting cheap caps on these bottles. The reason why I liked this water was because of the strong blue caps they use to have. Now it's little flimsy white caps. The plastic feels thinner also. Sad.

I noticed there was a very strong medicine taste and it was very bitter. It was getting hard to swallow, and I was beginning to feel more dehydrated than before I bought this case of water. When I went to the website and read off the list of chemicals found in the water, many were at the max level of acceptance. I did some of the ppb=mg/L conversions and thought there had to be a typo on there somewhere because that's too much cyanide. The sulfate and chloride jumped out, both being 250 mg. I looked up the sulfate, and it said it was actually added for "flavor," but if you got over 250, beverages tended to be bitter and taste like medicine. Hmmm. Then it said high sulfate water wasn't recommended for babies and that drinking high sulfate water can actually cause you to become dehydrated. Yes. But don't take my word for it. Look it up.

Its water so there is not much to say. Its clear like water should be and has no taste like water. The ONLY gripe people may have or see is that the new bottles many companies use are made with less plastic. Which equates to the bottle being very flimsy so its hard to open without squeezing the bottle so hard that water splashes out when you open it. But that's all to save plastic and the environment, because so many of us are using plastic bottles now.

Bottles received with delivery - not shipped - are not bottles shown in picture. Bottles in picture have a structured, smooth middle to the bottle, making them a stronger bottle. Bottles received are super thin, with curved design from top to bottom. When adding bottles to fridge a few at a time, sometimes the bottles are wet. Not sure whether leaking from lids or cracks in the bottles. Water tastes great, just wish I could get the bottles in the pictures.

I never did get my water and at almost 9pm my dog was barking so loud at the door snd i heard the door bell but,very faint so myself being disabled i went to door and looked didnt see anyone so i cracked the door and seen my items at the front door no Wal Mart bags just what items were in someone could have gotten my items just that quick because i live in a apartment complex.

The water is probably the best bottled water that I have ever tasted. The price is great. However, the bottles crush in when you just lightly hold them. When you try to open them, water comes pouring out the top. You have to grip the bottles in order to open them, and this causes the water to run out all over the place. I contacted the company and they have no intentions of purchasing thicker bottles that don't cave in and destruct. I will never buy this water again. I would rather pay more to get bottles that are better.

This water doesn't taste nearly as good as other brands! But my biggest complaint is the TERRRRRRRRIBLY flimsy bottles they use! It seems like they get cheaper and cheaper every time I buy a 32 pack of Aquafina! The bottles just continue to get worse and worse! They had changed to a really nice sturdy style bottle like Dasani uses there for a while but the last 2 or 3 times we have bought the Aquafina the bottles are so bad its ridiculous! They are almost like flimsy paper! Honestly the last 2 packs almost half of the bottles were so flimsy they wouldn't even stand up straight! If they would have stuck with the nice sturdy hard plastic bottles that we had for a few batches a couple months ago I would continue to buy this brand, but we will no longer be buying Aquafina's nonsense!

Water tastes very good. Only problem is that the bottom of the bottle is bowed and there's no way to keep a bottle of water standing upright. Obviously, very cheap plastic was used to make the bottles. Very disappointed. Will not purchase this brand again.
