Refreshing

Just as ordered.

I always buy four cases of Aquafina a month. The quality of the water hasn't changed but the packaging has. The plastic bottles are thinner which would be fine but the caps are smaller and there aren't enough threads to hold the lid on once they're opened. The caps often just spin loosely because there aren't enough threads/cap to hold the lid on. Still purchase but make sure the caps as secure as possible once you open a bottle or one drop and the bottle is empty.

2 weeks ago bought 2 cases took home and found the caps were SO SMALL and poorly made TERRIBLE!! Once you could get the cap loose they would not break away from the safety ring easily. So would have to separate the cap from the safety ring either with a knife or starting it a part with your fiingernail. Today bought a cse with decent caps! YEAH. If it's going to be crappy caps I'll buy cheaper water with a decent cap

Here Aquafina goes again with their recycled bottles. The bottles are so flimsy that they don't stand upright, they make loud crunching noises when you grab the bottle to take a drink, they leak water out when you initially turn the cap to open the bottle. The water tastes odd in the recycle bottles. In general, and in our opinions, recycled plastic bottles should not be used for drinking water. There are many better and safer uses for recycled plastic bottles than reprocessing them to be used for drinking water bottles.

I normally buy this water but the quality of the bottles goes down. No longer worth the extra price. The latest change is the tiny bottle caps which barely cap the bottle. After the bottle is opened there is little sanitary place to put your mouth to drink.

Water is great. However, the bottle itself needs improvement. They sell this water in two different bottles. One is solid and sturdy. The other is a flimsy thin bottle that will not stand up on a table. I assume demand is high and they look for different sources to bottle the water. This water tends to be out of stock a lot. I would not recommend buying the flimsy bottle, you will be disappointed. Hoping this changes soon.

Would never purchase this brand again. Cap won't unscrew. Cap just keeps turning and have to use a knife to break the seal on the bottle every time in order to open the bottle. Water is normal water like all other bottled water. Would not recommend unless you want the hassle of wasting 5 five minute to remove the cap on each bottle. I put this on my do not purchase list which is the only thing on that list.

I've bought this brand for years. I understand wanting to reduce plastic and going for flimsy bottles, however, the caps are the absolute worst!! I can't even get a good grip to open the bottle because the caps are so thin. Also, the price should reflect the fact that you are probably using half the amount of plastic now...or at least should've stayed the same with inflation. Shame on you Aquafina!

I do not like the small blue lids. Need the larger white lids.
