Very disappointed in the new screw-on top.  Too small and does not reseal to prevent leaking.  Bring back the top.

I don't like the new bottles with white lids, too flimsy.  The bottles with blue lids are sturdier.  Don't change good quality.

Taste is excellent. Packaging, mainly twist off cap we’d to be bigger like they have had in the past

Ordered from Sam’s Club online when the order showed up the water wasn’t there and they didn’t refund me

when i had opened the plastic to take the bottles out, one of the bottle cap was not on right.  the water has spilled everywhere when i picked it up!

This water is good. And the price is right. at lee than $.20 per bottle, it is hard to find a better deal.

Great Price - and Taste

Used to be the top pick for bottle water. Since the horrible change to the teeniee tiny tiny cap which makes it impossible to open without getting your hands all over the remaining cap ring on the bottle. This is super gross because the bottle opening was also shortened so when you take a drink your mouth goes all over the remaining ring.

Bottle Redesign needed

only Bottle Water my wife will buy.  We don't like the Bottles with the Blue caps. They sometimes don't break away form the retaining ring and the plastic is so thin, when you open them, the water comes out of the top. The white caps are so much easier to open and you don't spill the water. I wish we could get the White cap Bottles in the Charleston SC area.  The Sam's in GA, and NC have them but we don't seem to get them where we live.
