I have been happy to pay the price for Aquafina for years because Sam's (at least my local clubs) sold the original bottles. Today, 05/17/2024, I discovered my club now has the Eco-Fina lightweight, thin, flimsy bottles. Besides being hard to hold without spilling, hard to drink from without the constant crackling sounds, one of the cases I put in my cart sprung one, or more, leaks before I got to my car. If all I can get are flimsy bottles, it only makes sense to start buying a less costly flimsy bottle of water. I will not buy Aquafina Ecofina bottled water again.

Recent switch to Ecofina thin bottles result in water getting squeezed out all over myself when opening. Cannot drink quietly because the thin bottle crackles as I am trying to hold it. If I cannot find decent bottles, I will just use a re-useable water container. No more Ecofina bottles for me.

Great packaging

The "Eco Fina" bottles have returned to Sam's Club, and are a total disappointment. I want to do my part in protecting the environment, but when we get to the point where a bottle is so thin that it can't even stand up on its own, there is really no point.

I own a small Mfg Business and have a vending machine to provide affordable beverages to my customers and employees. A couple of years ago Aquafina switched to a thinner bottle design shipped to Sams club that would not vend. I (and I assume many others) complained that they would not vend, and not long after they switched back to the stiffer bottle at Sams club. Again I find that just recently they are trying it again with their "ecofina" bottle. This product will not vend either as the bottles collapse in a machine stacker and become jammed. I don't know how much water is sold at Sams club for vending vs other use, but I myself buy 1-2 cases a week for my ONE business! That's 50-100 cases a year for ONE CUSTOMER!!! If they cannot again see their mistake in packaging for the vending trade, they have lost my sales and I can imagine many others.

Order number: 10269599508 was the horrible experience we ever had!!!! Driver left the whole delivery downstairs against the building entrance wall!!! And took 2 bottles of water off one of my water cases and few oranges off my oranges bag!!!! I consider taking the maximum and necessary measures against this Driver because they do NOT have morales and ethics!!! Touching ppl delivery and leaving it thrown aside the building is definitely not human!!!

i purchased 4 cases on 8/21/2025. i noticed the lids were changed from white to blue and the blue lids are much smaller than the white lids. the problem here is the bottles are leaking. i believe it is because of the new thinner and smaller lids. please go back to the thicker and bigger lids! also, are the plastic bottles also thinner? it seems to me they are. if this is the case please go back to the thicker bottles! thank you.

Why did they change the bottles to be so super thin that they now leak as soon as I place then sideways in the fridge. The bottoms also do not stand up straight as they are round and constantly roll back and forth and have tipped over because they changed the design of the bottle to be super cheap. I hope that aquafina reads these reviews to change back to original bottle design or else we will go back to a different brand.

This second attempt for smaller lids to conserve some plastic has resulted in my personal injury. By having a shorter lid, there is less area to grip and twist the cap. this requires more force and subsequently caused me to be lacerated on the finger by the lower neck protrusion while twisting the forementioned cap. If the cap was taller, like it was before this failure of a redesign, I would not have been injured by a simple bottle.

I like aquafina water better then the other ones.
