I have had 4 Roombas over the years. Still have two older ones I still use. The new 692’s have much longer battery life with a run time of about two hours. Sensors improved with units rarely getting wedged. Units are quitters than older models. Room as are perfect for a hard wood floor house. Units don’t come with fences but my old ones work on these units.

Great little tool. While new, it is apparently and older model, given the IRobot website, but was 30% off at $179 vs $320, and works better than anticipated..it is worth it. I have a several dogs so dog hair is a given. The 692 does a really good job on hardwood and carpet, in and around obstacles and is not loud like a regular vacuum cleaner. Its pickup capacity is large. Given my house size it is a bit surprising that I can return to its charging unit as it does.

This was our first robot vacuum. Run time is about that 90 min as stated, sometimes more, sometimes less. Overall, pretty good at cleaning. I would like it better if there was more of a sequence to how it vacuums. It seems like it just there is no reasoning for where it goes in the cycle. Our house is a decent size so maybe getting another or a larger one with the garbage bin in it would be more beneficial. For what we have, very happy with it.

All the edges in the hallway were dirty, the entrance never were vacuumed, it lifts the dust in the air, it doesn’t absorb it. The poor vacuum was all dusty. It run and run and finally was out of battery under my bed. It is not worthy the money. I will take it back.

I bought this unit due to cost and overall general reviews. It was easy to set up and I linked it to my Amazon Alexa so I can control it with a simple voice command. Overall it does a decent job. It runs sporadically, zig-zagging in odd patterns. Due to this, it sometimes misses very simple items that should be apparent to clean. The machine tends to get stuck at weird places...the edge of the rug, under a chair, bed, etc. And since it has done this, it "requires attention". This means I have to somehow adjust the wheels to get it to function again. I have attempted this but it continue to make a thumping/thud noise when in motion. Overall it works well - I live alone with no pets so I cannot speak as to how it would perform with a larger family, house, or one with animals running around. In spite of everything, I believe this is a pretty good unit for the price.

Fabulous way to keep my floors clean! I'm legally blind, so I don't see well. It's amazing how this little vacuum running daily has made such a difference in the amount of dog fur and other small bits of stuff I might drop and don't see. Each day it has less in it's dirt bin when I empty it. And I know it does a heck of a better vacuuming job than I do as it hits most of the rooms 3 - 4 times before it puts itself back on it's home charging station! It's only run out the battery once - the first time I used it and it ran for almost 2 hours after a full charge on wood floors with area carpets. Today it covered all the same area in under an hour with spotless results. Yes you need to pickup or move things it might get stuck on like dog toys and fringy rugs but everything else it handles with ease!

Replaced my old Roomba that broke. This is a very good basic model that works well. Seems to have more suction power than the old model it replaced and it finds the base great. Highly recommend for those with dogs! Just remember to empty the bin when it's finished.

I love my Rosie Roomba! She is amazing and so fun to watch. I feel so spoiled as I sit on the couch, kick my feet up, and all the vacuuming is finished while I binge my favorite show! She does a great job getting everything. I try to pick up door mats and turn up the kitchen chairs because that’s where the most mess gathers and I want to make it easy for her to get under the kitchen table.

I primarily use my Roomba to vacuum my large hardwood area. It does a great job. You have to make sure small objects (dogs/kids toys) are picked up, as well as small scatter rugs. It does a great job of running right up on your large area rugs and vacuuming them as well. It runs well along base boards. It picks up a lot of dirt, I would give it a five except that it cannot get into every area because of it’s size. Definitely glad I purchased!!

It’s does an ok job. I believe it should have bumpers to offset it from scratching or bumping into items like the base of the table or other household furniture. It should have a double brush that helps to clean. It should have the ability to do a deeper clean that surface cleaning.
