The only con I have noticed if you have hard wood with thick rugs it will not be able to go up onto them. I just use spot clean on my 5x7 rug and then let Ruthie do her thing on the rest of the house. She can go into my thin rugs with no trouble.

It keeps things a little cleaner between real vacuuming. I called to complain about how scattered it cleaned and was sent a virtual wall. That helped a little.

We bought this seeing that one of our friends had one as well. It works well. Going from carpet to hardwood floors or vice versa it misses that edge. But for what we need it for with a dog that constantly sheds, it gets the job done.

Even though the clean bin is small it is enough for my house. I just empty after each use which is very easy to do. I am surprised at how well it does on pet hair you just need to clean under it after each use.

Really like it but after the first cleaning of the roller brushes it is very loud. You can apply a little pressure on the top while it's cleaning and it quiets down. Can't figure out what happened.

When my IRobot stopped working after 7 months, I contacted customer service. They had me mail in my vacuum to see if it could be repaired free of charge. They were unable to repair it, so they sent me a new one as a replacement.

Roombatsky is a great help to me as I am a working and dog owner Mom. Love when it goes to clean under furnitures and edges. Really picks up dog hairs and dust. I hope it will last long because it is really my personal helper.

I won't be without one of these ever again! I am going to add a second one!! It does a very good job! We have 5 cats and my Roomba gets all the cat hair and litter! I schedule it every day to vacuum when I'm leaving for work!!

Love this need to spend more time figuring out how to manage areas for it. Seems to mostly work around our formal living room which has no traffic. Possibly need to move charge/home base.

My roomba won't stay charged and gets stuck easily. Hasnt ran since Thursday and had to move it from a spot that it could get out of easily. I LOVE it BUT like I said wont stay charged
