This is my first iRobot and it's great. We have all hardwood floors and 3 longhair cats so lots of cat fur tumbleweeds. Vac does a great job picking all of it up.

It decreases my housecleaning chores. Even my husband agrees that the hardwood floors look cleaner. Since I have it on auto and it cleans before we get up; my husband isn't bothered by my manual vacuuming.

Good for everyday cleanup. It goes under furniture that I miss with a regular vac. It doesn't always clean in the corners. Even with the brush it misses some dirt in the corners.

I use the product daily. It does a great job. Once done, it always come back to the charging station. It's easy to clean and I love that it sends me a message for either the job got done or got stuck.

I have a shepherd mix that sheds year round. This really helps keep up with the hair. The bin has to be emptied about every 15 minutes if I haven't run it in a few days, but that is easy!!

I had conservative expectations for my first Roomba as I have two huge dogs, a cat, and a house that just fills up with hair. The Roomba is KILLING IT, it is night and day.

When my IRobot stopped working after 7 months, I contacted customer service. They had me mail in my vacuum to see if it could be repaired free of charge. They were unable to repair it, so they sent me a new one as a replacement.

I like to do one room at a time. Block it off & let it go. I usually keep an eye on it from afar. It does a good job. Will drive you crazy if you continue to watch it for extended time. It eventually gets it all done. My dog doesn't like it!

I love, love, love, my Bessie! She's busy cleaning as I write this. I put her to work twice a week so my home always looks freshly vacuumed. She does a super job getting under furniture that was neglected before. She's the best!!
